“I took my survey code to the Spring Valley, NY location and I had no problem. The employee that took my order is in fact the manager and out of curiosity I asked if Popeyes changed the rules about the survey code and he said no. He explained to me that, at his location it won’t be a problem and if I have an issue anywhere else, I’m more than welcome to come to his location and they will take it. I never had an issue at this location at all so, I might have to take the longer drive for good customer services..

“Dined in today and the chicken was so crispy and delicious! It actually tasted even better than takeout. We had the soy sauce flavor and loved it. The tteokbokki here is also one of my favorites. Everything was fresh, crispy, and tasty. Definitely recommend stopping by and trying it!“

So disappointed because this was my fav KFC. Time and time again their chicken was soooooo good. Idk what happened recently but it is not working.“

“Ordering from the Popeyes app was easy. Picked up the food at the drive thru. Chicken was delicious and moist. Fries were crispy. It was everything I wanted it to be. Good deal also. I only go to Popeyes when they have good deals and it's always worth it“
