“Sloppy Joe’s has become a go-to for eating out while shopping the New Hartford area. My mother and I have eaten here several times within the last couple of months and the food is always fantastic! I highly recommend the crispy chicken sub! It’s hot, the chicken is crispy, and the roll (which they make!!) is perfection! The owner is so nice and very friendly too! Definitely will be returning!! 👍🏻”

“We had dinner at the Texas Roadhouse last night. First we signed up for the wait list and literally walked right in when we got there. Our waitress immediately came over to our table despite how busy they were and took our drink orders. I ordered an 8 ounce filet and my husband the 1lb prime rib both medium rare. They were cooked perfectly and so flavorful. The prices were amazing compared to other restaurants in the area. Excellent service, food and prices. We'll definitely be back soon.”

“Italian comfort food with an early 20th century vibe. Visiting from out of town our fellow diners as well as the minimal staff were friendly and welcoming. The sole waiter moved with the speed of The Flash yet had a kind word for every guest making for a pleasant relaxed dinner in spite of the frantic pace. We have been driving the Thruway since 1990 visiting relatives and never stopped in Utica . Next trip lunch will be at Cafe del Buono.”

“I happened to walk into this bakery today with my son-in-law and grandson. Her cupcakes looked amazing so we purchased 6. We chose wedding cake cupcakes, red velvet cupcakes, and lemon. Her wedding cake cupcakes were SO delicious I told my family I want these for my birthday in March!! 😋 I definitely recommend this bakery!!”

What I love most though is the wonderful service, you don't feel like you're going into some bakeshop where you're just a customer, it feels like you're walking in and you're family. We always see the same nice lady and she is just so real and so patient while our kids pick out what they want! We love it ❤️”

The cake was decorated beautifully and meticulously with some added shimmer and the flavor was incredible. I always get my pastries and cakes from Gingerbread. Highly recommend!”

Parking: Not sure how many actual spots but it can get a little crowded when they are busy .

“The woman who basically runs this location is absolutely wonderful. I come here very frequently for lunch and she is here every single time, usually running the store by herself. This is the only location I will visit because of the excellent service.”

“We are from out of country and were having a difficult time finding a place that had their own delivery drivers and that we didn't have to order on line: on line, none will take our credit card because it doesn't recognize a postal code with letters, not just a zip code.
The staff were fantastic and very patient with us: a staff member even brought it to our hotel for us. We do wish we had of known about the size difference between countries, my goodness, we basically got almost 4 subs. We had a BLT and a club with some of the free extras on it; pickles were fantastic too!”

“We frequent this Mitsuba quite a bit even though we live across town. The manager knows us by name even though we get takeout and don’t hang around to eat. She’s very nice. The boba tea is delicious and so is the food. We get the build your own poke bowl, and there are lots of choices. Try it!!”

Ketchup machine was broken and there was a very long line of people so I could not get packets for my French fries. 😒 The men's room what's filthy, the toilet needed cleaning and the door on the outside and the inside had greasy fingerprints all over it.
