“I have always loved Layers and have been a long time, frequent patron. In fact, I love Layers so much that I wanted them to make a birthday cake for my baby’s first birthday celebration next week. I was given the phone number to the baker, yet my calls were never answered or returned, and I couldn’t leave a voice mail. I have called probably 5 times over the past week, and it’s disheartening that I probably will have to go elsewhere last minute for his cake as I wasn’t expecting it to be this difficult to reach the baker. Very friendly and accommodating, and negotiating pick-up time was not a problem.
