This place is a gem of a restaurant in New Paltz. I ordered the Elote trio to start. The corn is full sized and not cut in half. The first elote had mayo and queso fresco. The second had mayo, Tajin, and queso fresco, and the last one also had mayo, queso fresco, and chipotle ranch. For my main entre, I ordered the Chimichanga with Mole sauce. Stopped in on a busy Halloween night. The place was consistently full. One waitress and a bartender. Thought we would be waiting forever but nope that waitress was working her a__ off, not stopping for a moment. She definitely needs a day off and extra pay!! Good is always good here.
