“I stopped at Durian on a whim while searching for food nearby, and I’m so glad I did! Initially, I was a little hesitant, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made for lunch that day.

The lunch special is not only reasonably priced but also offers a fantastic variety of dishes: chicken, shrimp, steak — heads up: the shrimp is at an extra cost though. The portion sizes are generous.

The staff is genuinely warm, funny, and kind, making you feel right at home. Dinning option available. They go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience, which is a rarity these days. example; i’m allergic to poultry and eggs. when ordering the tea she double checked if my egg allergy is tried with diary such as milk. That was so thoughtful!

“We had a fantastic experience at Ditmar’s Thai in Astoria, New York. The food was absolutely delicious and truly authentic Thai cuisine.

My son Allen ordered the crispy duck, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I ordered the whole fried red snapper with coconut sauce, and it was outstanding. Everything tasted fresh and of very high quality.

The wine was also delicious and paired beautifully with the meal. Our waiter was excellent very attentive, friendly, and genuinely made sure we were enjoying our dinner.

“I found this restaurant randomly while running errands, I've lived in the Bronx for 8 years now and this is by far the best pad thai I've had in all of New York. The pad thai was so flavorful and I got the beef with it. I also ordered a passion fruit iced tea and it was the perfect refreshment in this 100 degree weather. I've been seeing the mango sticky rice on TikTok recently and I was happy to see on the menu they also had Mango with sticky rice, which was packed with flavors as well. “As a huge fan of Thai food, Eagle Thai has to be hands down my favorite place. I tried it once because I wanted somewhere local without going into the city and was pleasantly surprised. The food was incredible the staff is very friendly.

I ended up going again for my wife's birthday and brought the entire family with us and they were all amazing by how fantastic the food was as well as the service. We ended up liking the food so much we did catering for my birthday and again our guest were absolutely amazed by the quality of service and the great selection of items.“
