“My wife and I hosted a 100 person outdoor wedding here and couldn't have had a better experience. Their event coordinator Angie was extremely transparent from the start and made planning the party a breeze throughout every step. We did the open bar package with Three's Brewing paired with the food package from Spectro (two shipping containers next to one another with a wooden deck/patio in the front), all of which were delicious and very affordable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient, and I would highly recommend this location for anyone who is looking to throw a unique, fun, beautiful NYC wedding on Governor's Island!“

I want to give my highest praise and congratulations to Fifth Hammer Brewing Company, a truly exceptional place that stands out not only for the quality of its craft beers but also for the attention to detail in its atmosphere. Owner Chris Cuzme has shown great vision and dedication in creating a welcoming, modern, and perfectly maintained space where every visitor feels at home from the very first moment.
Chris, I want to personally congratulate you and your beautiful family. I had the chance to see you working with dedication while also taking the time to lovingly care for your beautiful daughter — a true reflection of the big heart and commitment you have, both to your business and to your family.
I also want to highlight the wonderful work of Liz, the bartender, whose kindness, professionalism, and personalized attention make the experience even more memorable. Her service is impeccable, and she is always attentive to making sure everything is perfect for the guests.
I can’t forget to mention how spotless the entire place is — from the common areas to the restrooms, which are always clean and well maintained. This speaks volumes about the serious commitment you all have to hygiene and the comfort of your visitors.
Without a doubt, Fifth Hammer Brewing Company is an example of excellence in every sense, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, great atmosphere, and outstanding service. Congratulations to the entire team for maintaining such a high standard!“
“I've come here sporadically in the past but after joining a local climbing gym last year, I come here almost weekly.
I've had the pleasure of getting to know some of the folks by name. And every one of them is kind and welcoming.
I'm also a fan of the beers! I have multiple favorites. There's always something new to try and everyone behind the bar is very knowledgable.
Also Billy Bob has a dope playlist he plays from time to time. All hiphop. East coast, west coast, NOLA, Texas, so much love for all regions.
A beautiful thing.“
“Yer basic taproom, a bunch of their own great beers on draught and can, mix of lager, IPA and silly stout. Bar staff that know the beers.
The afternoon I visited there was a DJ on playing some light rock, a nice amount of background ambience without getting in the way of having a conversation.“
“So i visited this brewery on centre st in Brooklyn... yep, they know how to make beer! They definitely have hazy ipa's dialed in. They offer other beer styles and all are exceptional. Unfortunately I have only one picture because I was enjoying the beer too much!“
“Absolute necessary stop if in the neighborhood of worth a drive/ride if outside 👍“

“Perfect spot with the perfect outdoor seating to enjoy the weather!! Beers and empanadas, what more can you ask for? Love that this place has an indoor and outdoor option, ive been here a few times and the employees are always cool. Great for dates, family time, or catching up with friends“
“Phenomenal IPA’s, sours, and seltzers! This was my second time here and their menu just keeps expanding more and more. I felt like they had more options in person than what was listed online. Phenomenal vibe, good people, and good beer. I will return and recommend it!“
“Bke is even more than the best Kombucha ever. It’s a lifestyle and a beautiful community ❤️ I highly recommend!!“
“Small but cool little local beer place to enjoy a decent variety of beer .
The orange one is delicious.
I had a good time while visiting around and found it on Google. I didn't know this place existed. Kind like hidden“
“Delicious gluten-free IPA! You guys have raised the bar for the gluten free beer peeps!! 🍺🍺“
“Cozy bar with a friendly staff and great beers! I had a great time performing here.“
“Always a hospitable and attentive staff. A wonderful and stylish space. And of course - delicious beers brewed on the impressive site. Always something going on there and a great addition to the Staten Island scene.“
“Great beer selection & ambiance.“
“Oh man I don’t know where to start. Such an amazing community spot. What Shinobu and Ayako built here is truly amazing. From the amazing and well curated events (music, food, book clubs) to the incredible sake and cocktail program, I’m just constantly being blown away. I know Olive Garden already took it, but I really feel like KSW better embodies the motto “when you’re here, your family.” Met some of my best friends here :)“
“Our favorite hangout spot in the neighborhood. There is a solid draft menu and a few bottle/can options also. There is usually a rotating food vendor cooking next store also, but you can bring in DoorDash/etc too. The bartenders are good and the cat (Brownie) is super friendly!“

“Great beer, great vibe. Can't wait to make it back there again!“
“I stopped by Endless Brewing Company in search of their Kölsch style beer “Construed to waste your time”. The Kölsch was everything it should be crisp with a light yellow hue and served at a perfectly chilled temperature to bring out its best flavor. Best I’ve have had outside of Cologne Germany. Endless Life Brewing in located in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn and has been set up with its neighborhood in mind. The perfect place to come and sit with friends for a chat or play couple games. Their back patio is softly lit and has picnic tables perfect for night of catching up and maybe grabbing a small bite. I had their homemade mac and cheese and I swear they had my grandmother in back making it.“
“the dumplings were amazing“
“Awesome time. Great music and people.“
“friendly bar staff and a very relaxing atmosphere“
“Amazing craft sake in a nice space with outdoor and indoor seating.“
“Great addition to the North shore. Place is upscale with nice atmosphere. . Nice Beer selection. IPA was very good. I had the Branzino and it was delicious, but It would of been nice if there was some bread on the table. Overall good experience and I will be returning.“

“Great brewery tap room. All their beers ready to drink. If I have one criticism is that they don’t have options for the ladies if they don’t drink beer.“
“Only stumbled across this because I wanted to have a drink with a friend who was sailing on the Queen Mary 2 the next day.
There's nothing fancy about it, but, as a brewery, they actually have a good craft beer list and the bartender was happy to tell you about the offerings. The Storyteller Imperial Stout was excellent, and I'm admittedly hard to please.
Even better than the beer is the view from the tables outdoors, which features the Statue of Liberty. Worth a visit by itself.“
“Great range of their own beers from easy drinking L/P (necessary thirst quencher after a long walk from KCBC) and some more serious German style. A bunch of sours and ciders, and of course IPAs on draught.
Their only stouts were can and bottle when we visited at the start of Sep, that may be different in winter?
A few non alcoholic beer options and wine too.
Decent food choice as well. From interesting bar snacks, I had the sweet and spicy nuts. And Apizza (New Haven style thin and crispy) with a varied choice of toppings.“
““Beer has dispelled the illness which was in me”. What a great quote to put on the side of a brewery.
Great selection of beer, everything from a 13% stout to a light lager. Prices were standard bar, nothing wild. No happy hours. Not too busy on a Saturday early evening.“
“Nice brewery with very tasty beers. We came across the beers in Brooklyn and decided to pay a visit to discover the rest of the menu, highly recommended. The IPAs are very tasty. On Untappd you can see the most recent menu they have on tap. You can also take beers home with you.“
“One of the country’s best breweries right in Astoria AND next to a grocery store (grocery shopping always better after a couple drinks). The brewery has cozy indoor space, ample outdoor space, and the folks running the bar are kind and knowledgeable — nothing is pretentious. If you’re an aviation geek, sit outside, as it’s a prime spot for watching narrowbody departures from LGA.“
“I noticr this loc. looking for a place to pee. Had a beer! The place was very welcoming and relxing. LGBT+ friendly. Bathroom xcleaned, decor beautiful price afforable, they even have free condoms!!!!
Worth to come by again from the Bronx.“
“We went to the tasting room/brewery and had the most amazing time. This was an jaw dropping introduction to Korean traditional sool and I am super excited to tell my friends, co workers, and my family. The flavors of each brew is so beautiful, and the amazing food that came with it made my tongue super happy!! willl be going back again and again, and going to order bottles for my friends!!! thank you Alice for opening my eyes to the wonderful world of korean soooool!!“
“This is the original location of one of my favorite hazy breweries. We have tried them in dc and philly but this one is the best for beer in my opinion.
They have a tone of great unique hazies that are different rough to stand out amongst each other.
The first time we ever went here it wasn't too busy but over the last few years it has gotten packed. Its a big place but it fills up just as quickly.
A new part they added was the slider option which even has a good vegan option.
Overall some great hazy beers if that's what your into.“
“Very good belgian style beers. Can't go wrong with anything on the draft list“
“Good bar, good beers and good people 👍🏼“
“We are so happy that we chose Talea to host our welcome night for our wedding weekend. We were looking for a casual, but large enough spot for our 130ish guests and where we could cater our own food since we couldn't have Vietnamese food at our actual wedding. The events staff are super easy to work with, the price is reasonable, and the space is really beautiful with lots of natural greenery so you don't need to decorate yourself. The food and drinks that they serve are also great and I really appreciated that they had non-alcoholic options since I don't drink myself. They make a custom menu for your event and there are little details like putting a custom sign or having a projector so you can have a slideshow or video playing in the background as well. I really recommend this spot for hosting any type of event.“

“Cool high ceilinged space with brewing taking place right in the middle of the floor. Great selection of beers, small food menu, but everything I had was superb. Service was attentive and friendly. I’ve been road tripping and visiting a LOT of breweries but their Almost Famous NEIPA is the best beer I’ve had this trip.“
