I was in NYC, searching for a great burger. I used the Internet, deciding on Burgerology 320 W.36th St. Crown Plaza Hotel Midtown. The entire experience was so enjoyable. It’s rare to have anything work out so well, in every way.
The greeting was immediate, warm and welcoming, without being syrupy, phony or overbearing. The server, Jen, was very polite and efficient. She had total knowledge of product of everything on the menu, with clear explanations and great presentation....read full review
