Based on the reviews, Serafina West 105 (UWS) is one of the better Italian restaurants on the Upper West Side. The food, ambiance, and service are all top notch. A party of 5 enjoyed penne vodka sauce and salmon, homemade fettuccine, and orecchiette with sausage. Another guest loved the vegetarian option of the squash, though a takeout order of the squash was poorly executed. The chicken salad was damn good. The restaurant offers solid vibes for eating, talking, and chillin with no crowd. A waiter named Carlos is amazing, sweet, helpful, and attentive, making it a favorite home away from home. However, a party of six found three pasta dishes underseasoned, as they apparently didn't salt the water. The chefs need to taste their food before it goes out.
