Healthiest place in Soho! They don’t have a lot of space to eat in, just a few tables outside but food is so good and made if real ingredients! They are all Mediterranean based without being full of sugar.. think about just roasted chicken with fennel and beets salad!
I had gotten the half cauliflower soup and the pear cheese sandwich half combo. Honestly, the portions here are good, but are more for people looking to diet or limit their weight. Low key felt dizzy after eating here because the portion size is not significantly enough. Really felt skinny after eating here because the portions are limited. I would say that the taste is good though. I guess they equate small portions to high end.

i recently came here and i haven’t visited since before covid.. i actually thought with how small the shop is it would have closed. im glad to see their still open. I was obsessed with the olive oil loaf with hibiscus glaze.. the kale with golden raisins.. and the coconut shrimp plate. but the best part about this place was the staff. I just dont come across service workers who have the same compassion and thought that their old staff used to have. I hope they’re all doing...read full review
