“I had the pleasure of dining at Iris recently, and it was a standout experience from start to finish. The Mediterranean influences were clear in every dish, but with a fresh, elevated twist that made the entire meal feel both comforting and refined.

Dessert was a real highlight. The Pistachio Baklava Sundae was both playful and decadent—layers of crunchy pastry, spiced nuts, and creamy ice cream came together in a way that felt indulgent but not overly sweet. I also tried the Cherry Baba, which brought a nice tart contrast with its syrup-soaked cake and cherry-forward flavor.

Service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance struck a great balance between elegant and inviting.“

The Turkish pita was super fresh and light, and the prices were great. Big portions, could have ordered less for sure! Definitely will be back!“

“i was passing by the area and looking for a quick filling lunch, very pleasantly surprised by how yummy their chicken doner sandwich was. You MUSTT get their homemade bread, it’s so soft yet a little toasted on the outside. The cabbage and pickles were so refreshing, a nice balance to the savory chicken. It was also GIGANTIC. You will not leave hungry for sure. There is a modest seating area in there as well, in case you need to rest a little before continuing going wherever.“

“The restaurant prepares traditional kebab varieties using high quality meat and cooks them with care. Kebabs perfectly reflect both the flavor of the meat and the harmony of spices. The freshness of the meat and the cooking method ensure that the kebabs are tender and delicious.
Lahmacun is also one of Sophra Mediterranean Grill's favorite flavors. With its thin dough and delicious filling, lahmacun is prepared by adhering to traditional recipes. The stuffing is enriched with spices and fresh ingredients, which enhances the taste of lahmacun.

Overall, Sophra Mediterranean Grill offers traditional dishes such as kebab and lahmacun with a modern twist, while also offering a warm and friendly atmosphere, providing its guests with a delicious dining experience.“

“Delicious, flavorful, healthy food, wine (and tea!) Excellent atmosphere. Very friendly and efficient service. I have been a client of SipSak for many years, and have brought my family and friends. So happy to have this great Turkish restaurant in our neighborhood. I had Ali Nazik today, which is ground beef, tomatoes, peppers over a smoked eggplant puree and yogurt. A glass of Malbec. And the delicious Turkish tea (which is served in a really cute cup!) The bread and olives are also very yummy! I would certainly recommend!“
