Located inside the Oculus. Amazing building & architecture I must say. Limited food options. Decided to try their udon noodles from here. They did not disappoint. Noodles were just right, broth was rich, no extra seasonings needed. The chicken wasn't it for me though. Not a fan or dark meat chicken. The texture was off for me too. I’ve had their bento box which was great and Greg value for money.Their poke is not great! 1/5 was fresh onions and ginger, 5 small pieces of fish and rice. Not the best option for poke, which is why I’m giving them a 3.
After completing a lap in the Gansevoort Liberty Market tucked into the Oculus, I went with Umai Fish since I was in a poke mood. I paid at the register and was given a buzzer. It ended up that my buzzer never buzzed, and I was wondering why my grub was taking such a long time. It's not like anything had to be cooked.
