Food is always a 10/10 - ambiance and vibe inside is fun, old school nyc and have always had great service. Always excited to return when I’m visiting the city. I just wish they sold their biscuits and butter in bulk lol.
If I could give 10 stars , I would. My husband and I sat at the tables by the bar, had the butterflied deboned Dover sole! And it was DELICIOUS!!! Our server , James. Gets 10 stars. My husband had the sliced filet special which had the most amazing sauce ! We also had the tuna crudo special, we were licking our plates !!! Wow, just wow! This place might be the coziest, New Yorkiest place to dine in the winter and the nicest place to sit in the garden in spring and summer. We visited for the first time on Sunday in search of the chicken pot pie and it was perfection. From being seated in a quiet corner table with a great view of the murals to great wine and fantastic service, this place is the real deal. I hope to return often.
