“Dined here with my family tonight for the first time and we ALL loved everything about Hudson Taco. We started with a large order of guacamole that was really good followed by many tacos, two bowls, street corn, a side of beans and a side of fried plantains. We loved everything that we ordered and look forward to returning soon. Also, I wish that I could remember our servers name because she was just that good! Thanks for providing our family with a great night out.“

“Our group was immediately welcomed and sat at a gorgeous riverside table. Our server, Tammy, was honestly the most thoughtful and kind server I think I’ve ever had. She thought through everything and anticipated our needs. She also suggested the Kung Pao Wings which were excellent. Not only was the atmosphere and service amazing, but the food was as well. The serving sizes were very generous and well priced. We would absolutely come back here again.“

“This was our 2nd time there in 2 weeks. 1st time my fries got cold waiting for my waitresses attention for ketchup. I told todays waitress what happened last week, she said, "I'll get the ketchup now". She never did. When my lunch & fries came out, no waitress, no ketchup. I had to grab the busy waitresses attention to find my waitress for ketchup.
We were waiting at least 15 minutes and said, "didn't we get bread/butter last time?" As we saw the other waitress being attentive to her patrons, they got their bread/butter right away. Then our waitress walked by, I asked her about the bread, "oh, I'll get you some". She did, but apparently didn't have any intentions or even ask us if we wanted it. Our appetizer came out the same time as our lunch. Our Texas Tonion's temperature was warm, not hot. Food was good.“

“First time here. As soon as you go in you feel like a relax vibe with some nice funky music. I came for lunch with my wife. Alicia was our host and she was a sweetheart. We ordered some mozzarella sticks, bone in garlic parmesan and boneless lemon pepper chicken wings. The wings came with some blue cheese. We also ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. Everything was very good. The place was clean and well decorated.“

Parking: As long as you’re there to order and pick up, you don’t have to worry about parking. Now it’s up to you if you decided to get your food and then walk elsewhere.“

“We had a really good time laughing at all the bad reviews for this place after we visited … the entitlement of people blows my mind. The two of us left so happy and so full for under $20. Super cute divey and colorful atmosphere. The counter service and patrons were all friendly. Wasn’t sure if it was Mexican or Puerto Rican like some of the reviewers mentioned as there were nods to both, but the important part to me was that it was delicious. The tostones were perfectly flavored and crispy, the chicken and pernil melted in my mouth, and the homemade sauces at the table were yummy and appreciated. Glad we made the random pit stop on the way up the mountains!“
