“This is by far one is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to the staff is very sensitive to those who have a hearing disabilities and go above and beyond to communicate clearly staff have gone as far as using pendant paper to write things down to communicate with me as well as using their cell phone to text so I can read what they’re trying to say this made me feel really good“
“Awesome place for breakfast! Fast service, yummy delicious food, great service and great prices! I got 3 items and the grand total was just $6!
The Boston cream donut tastes better than the one at the modern Duncan donuts (1980s Dunkin had way better donuts, but now they aren't anywhere near as good as they used to be).
Cinnamon raisin bagel was tasty.
Blueberry muffin was super delicious!

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!
Hope she gets to hear about this, as well as the young blonde lady at the window when I pulled up... Will definitely be back!!!“
“I got a coffee the other day and wasn't thinking anything of it while ordering but after having a few sips it was the best coffee I've had from ANY donut shop in WNY. The young man Travis that made it did an amazing job doing so. Will definitely be recommending and going back for another as long as he makes it the same way as before. 10/10 coffee and 10/10 prices“

Reason being is that the staff is very good and polite even in the busy hours, been to the store few days back in the night , although it took a minute longer that usual for the order, but hats off to the guy who apologized for taking a little long as he was alone handling the store front. Truly hats off to the hardworking guys.“
“Where I work is a food desert, but Tim Hortons had a turkey sandwich that literally surprised me! I went to get a coffee and muffin for lunch. Imagine my surprise when I was able to order a toasted turkey sandwich on the most delicious bread! I will definitely be back. I have a new lunch option right near work.“

The drive-thru moves quickly, and [this location] has a lot less order issues. The coffee usually tastes better here.
This location is smaller and not meant for sitting and chatting over a cup of coffee, but it understands the ‘fast-food’ concept. Trucker & work vehicle friendly, as the area shares a large parking lot.“
“First of all this is a small Tim Horton's. There's only of room for a few employees. I see other reviews complaining about drive-thru, but a bunch of their business comes from people the inside of the store who can't do drive-thru. I sat here watching for an hour and there was certainly nobody taking 15 minutes so maybe chill out.
I rated the atmosphere a 3 because TV was some national news anchor covering 'breaking news' that a tree fell on some suburban home during a hurricane. Why not send that news crew to the emergency operations center where they can provide actual news. Last thing I'd want is some crew telling everyone my home was vacant and damaged.“
“Never tried Tim Hortons. Good coffee. Came in to only a few people in line. Ordered our coffee and it was ready to be picked up as soon as we walk to the end of the counter extremely fast. Coffee is warm, not hot. My wife said hers was hotter.“

They have these donut holes they call tidbits and these things are delicious. Our favorite flavor was the creme brûlée filled ones. But even the regular iced and birthday cake ones were really good.“
