“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!
Hope she gets to hear about this, as well as the young blonde lady at the window when I pulled up... Will definitely be back!!!“
“I recently visited a Tim Hortons and the experience was pretty average. The coffee was okay, but not as fresh as I hoped. It had a slight bitter aftertaste, like it had been hanging around for a while. The donut I ordered was passable, but nothing great—a little dry. The service was also a little slow, even though there weren't many people. The staff didn't seem particularly motivated, and it seemed like they were just doing the minimum. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either—just average. I expected a little better, especially given Tim Hortons reputation.“
“Awesome place for breakfast! Fast service, yummy delicious food, great service and great prices! I got 3 items and the grand total was just $6!
The Boston cream donut tastes better than the one at the modern Duncan donuts (1980s Dunkin had way better donuts, but now they aren't anywhere near as good as they used to be).
Cinnamon raisin bagel was tasty.
Blueberry muffin was super delicious!
Near the falls. Plenty of indoor seating. Drive thru too.
Plenty of parking. Free parking.“

“I got a coffee the other day and wasn't thinking anything of it while ordering but after having a few sips it was the best coffee I've had from ANY donut shop in WNY. The young man Travis that made it did an amazing job doing so. Will definitely be recommending and going back for another as long as he makes it the same way as before. 10/10 coffee and 10/10 prices“

“The only thing i didnt liked was i was there for breakfast and they didnt had any veg options like i ordered farmers wrap and they didnt even had hashbrown instead offered us to have fries in the wrap.
So that was it rest the food was tasty and the service was great.
Will definitely recommend you to stop by and have something from there.“
“Where I work is a food desert, but Tim Hortons had a turkey sandwich that literally surprised me! I went to get a coffee and muffin for lunch. Imagine my surprise when I was able to order a toasted turkey sandwich on the most delicious bread! I will definitely be back. I have a new lunch option right near work.“
“The drive thru is near the road and the traffic sounds are so high at times, your order is not heard, somehow I wonder why only brown people voices are not heard - waited and heard 5 other voices and all were heard. Any way this could be my experience only. They are good - order was perfect“
“I prefer this Tims over others in the area; I will often go out of my way just to go to this location.
The drive-thru moves quickly, and [this location] has a lot less order issues. The coffee usually tastes better here.
This location is smaller and not meant for sitting and chatting over a cup of coffee, but it understands the ‘fast-food’ concept. Trucker & work vehicle friendly, as the area shares a large parking lot.“
“Food and service was good - they have almost all the variations of their donuts and it's fresh. However, the whole place is not clean and too crowded (and messy). Considering it's the largest Tims in the area, they should take a little extra care about their customers.“
“Showed up a couple minutes after open, Sept 23rd. Steve had my order ready and was very welcoming! Definitely seemed happy to be working and was very friendly! The food was great! Considering it was still dark out and a rainy crummy day, it really was nice that Steve was there and working hard! I was in and out very fast but anyone involved in opening that store today should be commended! Everything was up and running and they had no line even though there was already a handful of people in the parking lot.
This location has a lot of good staff and the workers always seem happy and friendly. Management, especially the person doing hiring also deserve praise because you have a great team!
There is another guy on afternoons thats always very outgoing and friendly. I will edit this when I get his name to give him credit.
The girl that makes sandwiches in the afternoons is very nice as well.
I have to get both of their names so I can give them their due credit.
I wanted to thank all of you! Having a good breakfast and coffee down the street is super convenient but how you all act when I come in is absolutely a pleasure.

And to all the stupid people complaining about service, shut up. I’ve been coming to this place for 35 years and never had an issue. You’re the problem if you have a bad experience here. Order with their app. The never get anything wrong and they will have it waiting for you when you arrive if you order a few minutes ahead. Quit asking the lowest paid workers in the whole society to do all this extra stuff. Its a donut shop. Quit acting like your paying a thousand dollars for your meal. The only thing disappointing about my whole experience was when I read your other reviews and realized how many stupid a$$holes shop at your location. To all those assholes, I just want to say, the customer is never right. Dealing with customers at a job like this is worse than dealing with inmates in a prison and I have done both.
Keep working hard guys! You’re doing very good! I show up 5 minutes after open, the store is spotless, I show up mid afternoon, store is spotless, I show up 5 minutes to close, store is spotless. Don’t let these assholes with their bullshit reviews get you down. You all do a good job and you have a good team.

“I ordered the Baileys hot chocolate. It tasted like regular plain hot chocolate and my husband agreed. I figured they just forgot, and would drink it like that. 3/4 of the cup down, it turned out was ALL THE SYRUP! They never stirred it! Stick with the plain hot chocolate, it was great lol. Had to throw away 1/4 though, due to the Baileys just sitting at the bottom.“
