“I had Chipotle Shrimp covered.in.a thick sauce with sautéed onions and mushrooms. Came with some yellow corn and refried beans with cheese. It was a LOT of food. I tried to finish 6 hrs later for dinner but didn't quite finish. Indoor decor nice with a Mexican feel. Excellent waitress great selection of cocktails. Only gripe is it was chilly at around 2 pm.“

“Incredible restaurant in downtown Schenectady. Came in for lunch on a busy Friday afternoon with my daughter, and we were promptly seated. Ordered the FGBLT (Fried green tomato BLT with green godess dressing) 10/10- highly recommend. Waitress was delightful and easy to talk to,was nearby if you needed something but didn't hover. We will be back to check out their brunch menu.“

“A southern brunch that was so good. 4 of us went to celebrate a birthday and we all enjoyed it immensely. I had the Dad and it was absolutely delicious. We loved the fried green tomatoes, and the tater tots. I had a bourbon bacon bloody Mary that was out of this world. “My friend and I were grateful that the table requested (booth) was provided. We both had the grilled cheese (we both asked and received the alteration of Swiss cheese only) and the tomato bisque soup. Delicious! Server was appropriately attentive and efficient, and professional.“

I was very impressed by the shishito peppers, general tso’s chicken bites, french dip and the espresso martini. The apps were perfectly battered, crispy and flavorful. The French dip just hit so right- tender meat, savory au jus, warm, perfectly toasted bread. The fries were perfect- exactly what you’d imagine if you are craving fries! And the highlight of our entire night was our bartender Halsey. Her genuine care in curating our experience cannot be matched. She made great suggestions, interjected with playful humor, read when our group wanted time to chat amongst ourselves, and made a PHENOMENAL cocktail. I mean, the most serious espresso martini anyone could hope for without the overstated hipster flair. 10/10. Would go back just for her. Watching her interact with her other bar guests was also a treat- it’s easy to see how she can command the room & keeps a mighty fine bar! Will certainly be back!“

“Our choice for Schenectady Restaurant Week was Turf Tavern in Scotia, we have never been....it was delicious! I ordered off the restaurant week menu, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Prime Rib, Creme Brulee (this also came with a salad). Hubby had a Wedge Salad and the Sweet Cherry Pepper Pulled Pork. Everything was cooked perfectly and had excellent flavor, although I did need a little salt...Service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!“

“My father and I came here for my early birthday dinner. The atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing, and the decor was beautiful. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We started off with the brussel sprouts and the beet salad, both of which were fabulous. For our entrees we got the short rib ragout, the broccoli rabe and sausage pasta, and the lemon herb haddock. Everything was phenomenal and the portions were large. Our experience was so great that I’m booking them for my graduation dinner. We can’t wait to go back soon!!“

“This post is over due, but I attended a Christmas party at the Klam'r in early December and it was spectacular! We had the entire dining area to ourselves with a band. The food was buffet style (presumably because it was a larger party/gathering). Several members of our party raved about the ribs & mac n' cheese that was served. Drink pours were generous & staff was kind + helpful. Although tucked away in the woods, the Klam'r is worth checking out. It has a nice family feel to it.“

“This place has great atmosphere, drinks, and service. What more can you expect from a distillery/cocktail bar? It’s nice to have a cocktail focused place, with bartenders that know how to make them. They can also make mocktails and have wine and beer available. You can also tell them what kinds of things you like, and they will make you something good.“

The food is great, the atmosphere is amazing and the prices are cheap on everything. I absolutely love playing at this venue. I honestly wish we could do it weekly and be their house band.“

I didn't get an itemized receipt to verify the charges were correct. I don't think I'd go back because of that reason.“

“I love this place! Believe me, everything you read about the chicken wings here is spot on. They are meaty, juicy, and delicious. Jen helped me out and she couldn't have been nicer. She even started singing behind the bar! That's the kind of neighborhood spot this is. It feels like it's been around for 100 years and everyone is made to feel welcome. “I ordered garlic, Parmesan wings from Dutch's Place for lunch today. The wings were even more tender than any other place I have tasted them. And the garlic and Parmesan permeated the wings as well. The only thing missing was the blue cheese sauce. I called Dutch's and they said that I didn't have it listed on my order. I then checked my phone, saw that it was indeed on my order and called GrubHub to confirm it, indeed it was on the order they had. It would've been an extra boost to the wings, which needed no additional support, but would've kicked things up a lot . GrubHub gave me $3.24 off of the bill because of this which was pretty nice. Minus that though, everything was pretty good.“

“Best Ramen I had! Nothing like your typical Ramen soup you buy at grocery store. I got the seafood Ramen and broth was so good! The shrimp were huge and it had Japanese scallops, which are very different than regular scallops, they looked like clams. Overall a very yummy soup! Next time I am trying the pool ramen!“

Usually I am content with less expensive lunch options (soup and salad) however, Ravenswood was a nice change and worth it.“

What once was a less enthralling place to get ready for a show there is actually now a small and really decent dressing room as far as dressing rooms go (if you know, you know) all around it’s a pleasant atmosphere & a local staple for punk and hardcore shows, and I am looking forward to bringing more burlesque to the fuzebox! “All together, everything turned out to be pretty mediocre.Tried to order online but the preferred service wouldn't allow me to check out, something to do with the menu prices being incorrect. So I called in the order, which at first they stated they don't do, but after my explanation their online system was borked they relented and took it.Went with the onion rings and the waffles and chicken, and came to around $31 before tip. Had put in my pickup for 4:00PM but when I arrived at 4:05PM the order still wasn't ready. In fact I ended up sitting at the bar area until 4:20PM, a rather significant delay for the order I placed at noon time.Got home and dug in, immediately being disappointed in the onion rings for their size. They're the shoestring variety, which is great for on sandwiches and salads, but as an appetizer or finger food they are kind of annoying to consume. The rings are just far too small to properly enjoy. That said, the dip that came with them paired perfectly. Then there was the chicken of the chicken and waffles which was beyond salty, I think the chef might have accidentally poured a tad to much salt into the buttermilk breading. Could almost feel my blood pressure going up. The waffles were alright though, the spicy honey butter they were topped with had soaked into the waffles and made them soft and sweet. Though not spicy at all.Overall it was an alright way to end the week, probably could have been better, but I'm satisfied.“

“Good place to hang great bar tenders! There's one dude that hangs out there around lunch time that is very negative and thinks he owns the bar. He will not allow you to play certain music I'll just have to go when he's not there“

“We were out on a road trip and decided to crash the local pub after dinner for cocktails and karaoke. Reget going to dinner beforehand. The food coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled great. Drinks were good and reasonable priced. The locals took us in and we had a great time. 5 stars for Songbird Karaoke.“

“I go here often. They've made this a pretty cool concept. I have the $9.99/month plan, unlimited movies plus free popcorn and 10% off food/drink. A regular ticket is $11 so even if you go once a month it's well worth it. They show the same first-run movies available anywhere. The food is passable, but you order it on your phone from your seat and they serve you. The only thing I don't like is the 20% tip they automatically add to your tab. I would normally tip around 20% anyway if the service is decent, but it should be my choice. The staff is young and somewhat inexperienced, but they're trying, and they're very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this theater and its monthly pass.“

“Voted best dive bar in Albany. They are proud of that title and their Irish heritage! Light atmosphere. Everyone seems happy. No drama. We had some cold beers and a basket of cooked to perfection fried foods which included mozz sticks, onion rings, fries, and chicken tenders. Enough to share with many. Great jukebox too. A good time was had by all in this little neighborhood bar. Cheers!“

“I was surprised at how expensive it was. It is a very nice place. The food was excellent and service good. And the ambiance is unique and interesting. However, the prices were unreasonable high, for my taste. For example, one of us had a hamburger - $18 and a draft beer $9.“

“Heritage bar and fly and shaker road. Nice bar they have popcorn and nuts. They don't serve food, but if you want something to eat. There's a Stewart's right next store. It's a very nice atmosphere. Have a lot on tap Blue Moon course to name a few.Love you check it out, we did.“

“We’ve been going to Ralph’s for years! my dad goes atleast once a week. They have great food- the pizza and wings is best in town! its a smaller place so make sure to make reservations if you’re going at peak hours. OH and they don’t have high chairs so make sure you bring your own or put baby in “
