At 6 am it’s a nice feeling seeing a familiar smiling face when I get my coffee. The experiences I have at this Tim Horton’s, mainly due to the kindness of Esmeralda, have all been positive.“

“Over the weekend I had a SpongeBob themed birthday party for my son and we ordered macarons from Yeah Baby! Bakes. From start to finish Sam was incredible to work with. I told her what I wanted and she made them even better than I could have ever imagined and catered to all of my requests. All of our guests raved about how cute they were and how delicious they were. We thought we would have some leftover to take home because we ordered so many but every single one of them got eaten, everyone loved them so much. She even included a framed list of the flavors we chose and common allergens on the picture making it easier for our gluten free guest. 10/10 highly recommend“

It’s obvious that they’re a staple on the east side of Rochester, but I pray for even more prosperity for their business because they’re one of the few businesses that don’t just do it for the money. “I ordered the Buffalo Bills pizza for the playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. First off, they contacted me when the game was rescheduled and offered accommodations so that I could get the pizza and bake it myself as they weren’t open on Monday when the game would be played. THEN called back again to let me know they were going to open on Monday after all and scheduled a time for me to pick up my pizza. Awesome customer service and only outdone by the delicious pizza!! Fair price as well!! I would highly recommend Savastano’s , give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!! 5 ⭐️’s“

“Not only is the coffee always perfect but the staff at this Tim's is the friendliest ive seen, and I have been to many Tims. I work close by so often eat both breakfast and lunch here. I love the ice cap and breakfast sandwiches, but I go here mostly because customers are treated so well.“
