“I have dined-in and been to a party catered by Seoul Drop, and both experiences were absolutely amazing. The restaurant has a cute, cozy, and modern atmosphere, and the service is fast. I am vegetarian and love their flavorful, non-spicy options. They have the best Korean curry, bibimbap, and egg fried rice!!“

“This is the 2nd time we have been here. Food was good, service was pretty good. They were busy, so we had to wait a little bit but was expected. Got desserts to go. They were out of the black cherry tea and of course that was what I really wanted. We enjoy stopping here when in the area.“

I had an amazing experience at Gloria Jean's! The coffee was absolutely delicious, everything was made quickly, and the service was excellent. The employees are genuinely kind, which made the visit even more enjoyable. You can tell they really care about their customers. “Ordered a drink for a friend with very specific needs and they had everything I asked for! I’m not a super big coffee drinker but they guided me through my order and made great suggestions! “Love sitting inside near giant glass windows... or outside in warm weather. Wonderful, lovely music. Quiet atmosphere. Food is very good & generous portions. Nice variety of coffees & teas. Also really enjoy looking at all the decor, based on Susan B. Anthony & other important women. Location is where she originally (illegally) voted ! Friendly, nice place > to meet or on your own.“

“Not only is the coffee always perfect but the staff at this Tim's is the friendliest ive seen, and I have been to many Tims. I work close by so often eat both breakfast and lunch here. I love the ice cap and breakfast sandwiches, but I go here mostly because customers are treated so well.“

“Very helpful pleasant staff and great coffee. They have places to sit and enjoy your coffee but this is not Starbucks. So if you want to work on your laptop for 45 minutes or let the Internet babysit your kids for you while you day- dream of what your life was like before they were born, then you might want to drive on. All the better for the rest of us who just want to enjoy some coffee in a quiet friendly space.“
“This is the best starbucks in Rochester. They never mess up my order. It usually two women in there, they do a wonderful job and are so friendly. There was a gentleman working the other day and he did a great job also. I choose this starbucks over other when Im in Greece“

“Walked into this starbucks and was greeted with the most dazzling smile I have ever had the pleasure of witnessing. So much so I almost forgot what I was doing there. But the enticing atmosphere and eagerness to further experience this interaction pulled me back into focus. The manager or assistant manager, the one who greeted me, (I assume she was a manager with how well she conducted herself and greeted me) named Taryn, was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt like I could talk to her all day. She answered every question above and beyond expectations and just made me feel so welcome and important. Like family! As did the rest of the staff! The store was so clean and organized. The drinks and food were top notch! I am impressed.
Everyone there seemed to experience the same as myself. I noticed every customer got the proper amount attention and care from all the employees. How they have managed to work so hard AND make time for the customers to feel so important, I don't know. It was like magic.
I've gone to a lot of Starbucks and this was by far the best experience I've had.

“Twice a week I go through the drive thru. Esmeralda serves me. She is very friendly. She remembers me and always gets my order correct. Although she is busy she takes a moment to say hello. At 6 am it’s a nice feeling seeing a familiar smiling face when I get my coffee. The experiences I have at this Tim Horton’s, mainly due to the kindness of Esmeralda, have all been positive.“
