“delicious...variety...love this place“

“The gelato here tastes AMAZING! The staff is really nice, and you can sample flavors. I ordered the super big size which isn’t big to me with the raspberry cheesecake, Reese’s, and deep chocolate gelatos. They were all delicious, but the deep chocolate was by far the best! The deep chocolate gelato was the best chocolate gelato I’ve ever had thus far! Potions are very small so I recommend ordering the largest size. I highly recommend Chillato in Whitestone!“

“Chesler was a Great worker he hooked me up with ice cream. Best guy ever best ice cream worker I ever saw. He goes out of his way to help the customers. It really makes me Happy I would 100% give them pay raise. If I were his manager all the best to him. Best guy I ever met. He’s extraordinary.“

“Gino was patient and took the time to explain to us all the different packages, in preparation for our wedding. After learning that my fiancé and I are both first responders, Gino extended his support and professionalism to us even more so! We are both looking forward to having him cater the dessert portion of our wedding, in addition to creating an unforgettable experience! Dolce and Gelato is the way to go!! Bravissimi!“

“Delicious & Excellent food allergy information! Highly recommend.“

“Amazing gelato. Highly recommend 🍨 😍🍧 😍“

“the original one and only ice cream Italian ice stand way before Luigi way before Guido's a local favorite quality products made fresh“

“Very nice cookies that taste splendid! However the staff could be a little more enthusiastic (referring to the ones that have worked there for a while, I get it can be tiring to put on a smiley face for each customer that walks in, but you are getting paid to do it and it makes their experience 10x better!). So, there are many new employees who are very welcoming and kind!“

“love this place makes what ever you want“

“My husband, son & I went to mango mango dessert. The service was very nice & people was very sweet. The dessert & teas was great. We would go back again soon.😊“

“Only Rare NYC is definitely a spot worth checking out. The ice cream is amazing, but what really stood out to me was the experience and customer service. The owner, Jarred Carter, is a great guy and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his business. Everything feels welcoming and authentic. If you’re in NYC and looking for a great ice cream spot, I highly recommend showing Only Rare some love. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Sooo good! I wish it wasn’t so far for me, because I’d be here everyday. Because of the travel for me, I wish there was a number I could call to see if they’re opened or not. The last time I went, they were closing up because of the weather and were a bit rushy.“

“Fahad was so amazing from the moment i walked into the store he greeted me and was very attentive and helpful. The customer service is beyond amazing and the store is very clean. This is best cold stone i have been to and its my first time coming to this location. Extremely big and nice and omg it has chairs if you want to sit and have your ice cream. I do recommend visiting this location you won’t be disappointed.“

“First time trying froyo and had such an amazing time. I was greeted by a friendly staff at the front desk. He was very helpful in explaining explaining to me the process on how you get your froyo. The flavors seemed endless which was awesome and they tasted just as good as they look.“

“Great local frozen yogurt spot. We appreciate that there are always sugar-free flavors available. And usually a dairy free option. Most yogurt places around us only offer no sugar added, and are limited to one flavor if available. There also are sugar-free and gluten-free muffins. The scones are amazing. And there’s a bunch of frozen bagel options, cookies and brownies available. Plenty of toppings, for sugar-free they have chocolate chip chips and hot fudge. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is friendly, fast and helpful.“

“This 16 Handles location is always a great experience! The store is spotless, and the friendly staff create such a warm, welcoming environment-especially with kids. I really appreciate how clearly everything is labeled, from which toppings are kosher to what allergens are present, making it easy to eat here with confidence. Highly recommend!“

“Gelato was delicious. My daughter had the Matcha soft-serve ice cream ($9) and loved it. I had the Apple Pie gelato. It had chunks of apple in it and was good ($10 for a medium size cup). Place has a small space where about five people could sit. It’s more of a grab and go spot. I took off one star because it’s a bit pricey. Staff was super nice.“

“Was very good. My grandson enjoyed his sundee. Nice and clean and very friendly“

“I recently bought the Earl Grey Tea and Berry Cornbread at my local Kroger store and was blown away! The richness and the flavor profiles were out of this world, especially the latter flavor of the two. It’s dangerous to know the Kroger store is only five minutes from my house. I’ll definitely be trying other flavors.“

“Delicious ice cream!!🍦🍨🍧😊“

“It was my first time going to Ralph's Italian Ices and Ice Cream, and I absolutely loved it. They have a variety of flavors (over 100 of them!), and no matter what you get, whether a twister, sundae, or iceberg, you are always in for a delicious treat. Customer service was great! I will return, for more.“

“In summer comes I wish to go there so badly“

“This location has been excellent since my first time arriving here I came from Georgia to visit my mother and she sent me here to get some ice cream and from the first time I met the wonderful staff at this establishment I can't stop coming back! Although I only spent six weeks in New York it was worth my time I came to this location so much in the last 6 weeks I know I must have put on at least 20 extra pounds and it's not the ice cream that I love it's the staff here Samantha is amazing she really knows customer service she really knows how to be hospitable the ice cream is good but it's the people that made it even better. The other extraordinary woman here is a woman by the name of Diana I believe it was. She works in the cinnabon area and you can see her heart and her love in the way that she treats the customers I was sitting there eating ice cream one day and I watched how she just went above and beyond making the customer feel welcomed in this establishment. They have come to know me because I come here buying ice cream for my mother all the time and they even remember and they always ask about her it's beyond just a store it's almost like coming to see friends. Make it your business to stop at this location it is very much worth it the music is always excellent here it always has a great atmosphere.
This store should be a model to all the other Carvel locations out there on how you should treat your customers please utilize the staff to train other locations it will be well worth the time all of the people that are here are leaders and teammates and I've come to really like them and love them.“

“i come here after work with my fiance. their palletas are so yummy! i get them every time i visit. i cant wait to eat more of their multiple flavors of palletas and try more items from the menu. very clean place and nice attentive employees“

“Oh my god, I love coming here. They have the best frozen yogurt here with amazing toppings. The place is ALWAYS clean and it’s definitely worth the price. The best flavor in my opinion was the pomegranate raspberries. The workers are always polite and clean up the place. They have cute thermal spoons too definitely 10/10“

“Love this place. David is the best and his cakes are always great. I can go to a Baskin Robbins closer to my house but we love this place so much, it's worth the extra time it takes to get there. Btw, thanks David for Jackson's birthday cake. He LOVED it. =D“

“Best maiko matcha place ever. I always get my matcha ice cream and lavender lemonade here because it's always made quickly and pure. I love it so much, and I love the workers here too; they're never rude or unprofessional. They get your order fast and kindly.“

“We came just as they were locking up for the night. The owner saw us walking away and called us back to the store, staying later just to assist us. He was super nice and let us try as many flavors as we wanted before making us a sundae and a water ice. Everything tasted so good! 10/10 experience and will be back soon!“

“I was there yesterday and had a small iced caramel latte. Pretty simple order but holy guacamole. It was soooooo good. So so so good. I believe the barista was grace (sorry if it’s wrong), but such a simple and outstanding coffee. Ugh, I cannot wait to have another one.“

“I always love coming here and would get my ice cream. They’ve even accommodated me when I got there super close to closing time. Saw that they make cakes and was so happy I decided to get my birthday cake from them this year! It was delicious. My whole family loved it. Some went for seconds. Couldn’t recommend them again. Next birthday cake will be from them! lol. I had the Oreo & strawberry cheesecake with Oreo crunch in between.“

“Great variety, excellent service. Half cannoli/half lily with nuts - DELICIOUS!“

“Love the new flavor, Nutella!“

“Amazing ice cream and amazing workers and owners!!! Definitely stop in and try“

“Sweets is my middle name and this place fits wright in.. great flavor and a different selection for all.. I had death by Brownie tequila. Yummmmy.“

“I found my new favorite spot to go after date night, absolutely phenomenal! The shop is clean and inviting, and Leo behind the counter made the experience memorable with his friendly, upbeat service. I ordered vanilla with Reese's. Generous mix-ins, great customer service, and a warm atmosphere make this place a must-visit. Highly recommend“

“Excellent front counter guy! Carvel has the best soft serve ice cream!“

“First time trying one of their sundaes and I must say, I was not disappointed. The prices are very reasonable, and the customer service was top-tier. However one co-worker stood out, Pam. She was very friendly and made my sundae amazing considering they just recently dropped this specific flavor.“

“Really enjoyed my experience here! 🍦 Everything was fresh, delicious, and made with a lot of care. The ice cream was creamy, the toppings were generous, and everything looked amazing. The portions were great too. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re looking for a good dessert!“

“A great place for adults and kids to enjoy a sweet treat! They have a huge variety of ice cream flavors and any kind of topping you can dream of. Everyone is very friendly and happy to accommodate you. I also ordered a birthday cake from here and it exceeded my expectations!“
