“We visited Northport on a weekday in April, after visiting the Tulip farm not too far. We were looking for a fast-casual place to eat with the kids, 2 of them vegetarian. We couldn't find anything attractive until we reached the end of the commercial street, at Martoni. We ordered a few panini sandwiches, they were huge, and tasted great! Staff were very friendly too.

Vegetarian options: The menu is attached. We had great vegetarian cheese panini and a vegetarian ravioli.

Parking: On a weekday in Aprill parking wasn't a big problem on a windy afternoon. The parking lot was for free.“

“This is my new favorite spot for Italian!! As a local from KP we had not been back since this was Sal's, but clearly we waited too long.. Saturday night, got seated in 5 min, great service.. Owner checked in, and opened and poured the wine. Food was spot on, and did not wait long. Chicken Valdostana, fantastic, definitely recommend. Ambiance was cozy, not loud and décor had me wanting to book a trip to Tuscany. No time for dessert, but next time I'm ordering a Sambuca. “We have been coming for years and never had a bad meal. We love this place and is a staple when we go out or to bring in. It's a hidden gem. I hope nothing happens to it when they put in the apartment building close to train tracks. Service as always is excellent and personal. Benny and his brother Victor always treat us as family. She continued to check up on us and was very sweet. Eggplant rollatini and cheesy garlic bread were delicious appetizers. For entrees, we had the penne alla vodka (portion was a bit smaller than expected) as well as the chicken marsala, chicken parm, and arugula pie, which were all good. This place is a bit pricy but it is an upper/mid range Italian restaurant. The actual dining area is cozy and intimate. They have a cute bar area upon walking in. Parking lot is a bit cramped but doable. We had a great time!“
