“Wonderful experience dining at the new Arlo restaurant. The renovation is absolutely incredible. You want to walk around just to admire how beautiful it all looks. The food and service was next level - reminding us of what you’d experience in NYC. Our guests raved about their duck entree, their boeuf bourguignon pot pie was outstanding, the oysters were fresh and delicious, great craft cocktails, and outstanding waitstaff. We had high expectations and they were exceeded. Looking forward to going back.“

“The service was great, the lobster ,filet and mussels were excellent. My only disappointment was that I expecting the fish sandwich to be fresh fish and it was just a prebreaded and frozen. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. I mentioned my observation to the manager and he was very appreciative and helpful. Overall we had a nice time out on the front patio. The service was very prompt and friendly.“

“These people are so nice they gave me guacamole on the house and let me bring my bycicle inside while i ate and the atmosphere is so nice here and it’s so clean while the food is excellent and I travel here 10 miles all the time because i love this place“

One of the first few times I ordered delivery from them I was about to give my card number and I just picked the card up from my lap and while I was doing that the lady yelled into my ear "hellooo" it was a loud and long hello and i apologized, it was just one split second and I just can't believe the impatience someone can have if they're in the customer service business.If your going to ask if the customer if there still there just do it politely. I love the food here and this establishment just learn some manners please.“
