“My family arrived at Sushi and Kimchi late in the evening right before their closing, but the host welcomed us and informed us what was available. We were so grateful. The food was authentic and delicious (My 80 year old Korean mom approved them too!!) and the service was beyond imaginable. We are very jealous of locals who can go eat there often. “Sushi is outstanding quality. It maybe a few dollars more than some other places, but it's well worth it because of the value you get for the money. The rolls are clearly made with quality ingredients, and doesn't skimp on the fish. It's one of the few places you can get a Spicy Scallop Roll for lunch, which is a favorite. The attention to detail with takeout orders (i.e. spill-proofing, quality chopsticks, etc.) is better than almost any other place I've been too, not just sushi places. The only critique I would offer is they don't have an option for brown rice, but that is far from a deal breaker for me. Overall, highly recommend.“

“I just finished a fabulous Hawaiian poke bowl that I would recommend to anyone. A perfect blend of crunchy spicy and succulent. My choice is to have it over greens, but I think it would be just as good over brown rice. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient with new customers, and so helpful. “We decided to try this sushi spot under its new ownership—and we’re so glad we did! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the menu had a great variety of rolls to choose from. My daughter ordered the Udon noodles, which were packed with flavor and served with crisp, fresh vegetables.

The sushi chef even surprised us with a complimentary roll as a thank-you for coming in—it was almost too beautiful to eat! And to top it off, they gave us each a serving of mochi ice cream on the house, which was a perfect sweet ending.

“Usually, take out sushi is a coin flip. Good sushi chefs do not recommend eating take out sushi as the flavor will change within 20 minutes. I’ve eaten great sushi in many, many places and great sushi at the restaurant does not translate into great take out, Min Sushi is the best take out sushi I’ve ever had hands down…. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is the wait time, for a family platter you better give it at least an hour, worth every minute of the wait tho! We’ve ordered the P8 several times, great every time.“
