“It's not dine in. I ordered on UE first but then started picking up to avoid all of the tacked on costs. Best egg rolls ever! They don't seem to reuse the oil so much that they taste off and they somehow have always made them so they're never dripping with oil. Obviously I haven't had a good egg roll in a while.

They also actually listen to preferences. I always ask for crunchy broccoli and am so disappointed when I get overcooked or soggy broccoli that will never reheat well. They have done this consistently. My go to Chinese spot now!“

“Stopped here on a Sunday night as they were about to close they were pretty much out of everything. Kerry Ann was kind enough to make us some fresh fried fish and chicken topped it off with some extras. Super amazing customer service. Their coconut drops and peanut cake reminded me so much of back home, jamaica. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely stop by if I'm ever in the area.“

All were fresh and tasted delicious. I care about fresh seafood. Prices are not cheap, but with seafood, quality really matters. There also appears to be a sushi restaurant onsite, which I'll have to try next time I'm in town. Roslyn is fortunate to have several local gourmet markets and this counts.“

The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and the inviting aroma of fresh seafood. The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant — the kind of place where you can enjoy a great meal with friends or have a quiet dinner by the water.
Every dish was a standout. The clam chowder was rich and flavorful, packed with fresh clams and perfectly balanced seasoning. The grilled lobster tail was tender and buttery, cooked to perfection. I also tried the seafood platter, and every bite — from the shrimp to the scallops — tasted incredibly fresh and expertly prepared.
The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s rare to find a restaurant that gets everything right — food, service, and atmosphere — but Peter Clam Bar truly delivers on all fronts.

“Food is amazing 5/5 every time. Everything is made fresh and they get a lot of business which means you’re going to be waiting sometime. But, they do take online and phone orders. They are very welcoming and very nice. They will let you sample different menu options and not spoonful samples but real samples. They are very nice and I’m so proud of their success. My go to is the whiting, which is the real whiting not the frozen bagged one. Also, the new clam strips and new fries are amazing!!! And the fried okra, chefs kiss. The dish we highly recommend is the lobster mac & cheese. It was flavorful and amazing. We also ordered the catfish platter, softshell crab platter, crabcakes, cajun rice with chicken & cajun pasta with shrimp. They were all pretty great. The strawberry lemonade hits the spot for sure. The restaurant has a parking lot, as well as street parking. A++ recommended.“

“We ended up here because there was a two hour wait next door at Buoy Bar. It is great atmosphere- lively on the water. It is interesting service, you order and they bring the food to your table. You have to wait for table to open, but it didn’t take long(five minutes). Overall we enjoyed the experience and felt like we were away.“
