“Visited this pho place in Oceanside today and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I had been hesitant to try it before since it looks like a newer spot with only a few Google reviews, but I’m really glad I finally did.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the restaurant was very clean, a great first impression. We ordered the pho king, chicken wings, and beef yakitori. The beef skewers are a mustorder: great quality meat, the dipping sauce was especially delicious. Four skewers for $9 is a great deal. The pho king also came with generous portions and plenty of toppings.

Overall, a very solid experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“OMG Tasty House serves some of the best food I've ever tried, I've never had Vietnamese before, I'm such a fan now. The seating area is small and quaint, but the atmosphere is welcoming. Manna our hostess was friendly and helpful. She answered every question and explained the menu items and specials. I had Pho Special and my wife the Curry Chicken, we also tried the scallion pancakes and delicious mango milk tea. Everything was delicious! We'll definitely be returning soon. Thank you so much!!“

We had the Bún Bò Huế soup, pork cabbage pan-fried dumplings, and the summer rolls — all super delicious. I also got the iced Thai tea, and it was perfect. “Pho Grand is probably one of the better spots for casual Vietnamese. They have locations like everywhere. They have locations in Flushing, Bayside, Lower East Side and of course this one. This one is located inside the 99 Ranch Supermarket food court in Westbury, Long Island. Been here a gazillion times as I'm always nearby. Great for a quick bite as there's plenty of tables and seats in this food court. They have the exact menu as their restaurants. I usually get the big bowl Pho (#1) or the pork chop over rice. Food comes out super fast and the staff are always nice. Looks pretty clean.“

Big bowl 8/10
The pho broth is beefy and great, there is a nice mix of meat and the quality is worth it. The portion size is enough to get full on. It comes with jalapenos, sprouts, line wedge, and sauce.

Grilled chicken 8/10
The grilling gives it a char outside. The inside is still juicy, but the grilling does make it slightly tougher. Lots of large pieces included.

Crab party 7/10
Don't confuse this with a crab cake. It's very different. This is a super savory mix of crab, pork and other stuff formed into a patty. The salt content is high and the flavor doesn't capture the best of the contents.

Green mussel with coconut and red curry sauce 6/10

Mussels didn't taste fresh and the texture was tough like it was very overcooked. The best part was the pieces of mushrooms in the sauce.“
