“It is the best Vietnamese noodles place in flushing they don’t use any MSG and the broth is truly top notch!! The most important thing is that the owner is truly kind and you can really feel how much they care about their customers. Iam so happy to have found another favorite restaurant.“

“Efficient Vietnamese and Chinese BBQ restaurant. Food came out lightning face and service was efficient as well. Minimal talking.
Food was good and the price was fair with good value. 3 meats with rice plus veggies was $15 plus 18% gratuity automaticly added.
If you want a quick bite of authentic Chinese and or Vietnamese eats very good place to stop for a quick bite.“

“Pho Top is one of my favorite spots in Queens for pho. The space is always super clean and comfortable, which makes it a great place to sit down and relax for a meal. The food also comes out really fast, even when it’s busy, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.“

“Stopped by and tried a pho special here, the soup was absolutely amazing, the beef tendons and shanks inside are stewed very tender and soft, which was my favorite. As someone who likes pho and tried several Vietnamese restaurants before, this pho was absolutely one of most top delicious. Will definitely return next time to try other dishes.“

“Whenever I go to tangram, I ALWAYS go to this place to order. My favs are the chicken wings, kimchi overloaded fries, and iced Thai tea. I often see the same guy cashier with decently long hair. He looks like he doesn't want to work and he's also a bit quiet when speaking, but he's pretty chill! The sandwiches are also pretty good, but I only tried them one time.“

“4.8/5- definitely coming back.
I come to this place often for a good bowl of pho at a good price.
Only critique is that sometimes the beef slices are not that tender . Otherwise no complaints.
Solid portion sizes, delicious cuts of tender meat. Soup warms the soul, clean environment, and good service.“

“VERY generous portions given: shareable between 2-3 people.
Food is flavorful and filling, #18 my go-to meal. Atmosphere is calm but feels very dense in a way. The service… service is mediocre, not so good but not so bad either. One time I went had a 45 minute wait time with my friend and waiter made sure we were OK, did seem a bit hostile though with how he gave off a little bit of a “get out” tone towards me and my friend which was reasonable because it was sort of an inconvenience for them and I. 😅 This place is a must try for people visiting Flushing, Queens NY.“

“This little gem of a restaurant was such a great find. I was craving phó for a few days and decided to try a new place. My usual spots were just average so I hit the old search engine up for suggestions and found Chef Papa. There’s not a lot of seating so be forewarned. I was dining solo. I ordered their signature phó and a minced pork banh mi. When it comes to phó it’s all about the soup. Their broth is delicious. From the first spoon full you can tell it’s fresh and not full of msg or salt. The rice noodles had a nice chew to them and the proteins were plentiful. The banh mi baguette was crisp and lightly toasted. At the bottom was warm grilled minced pork. Above that was the Viet ham, cucumber, julienne carrots and cilantro.“
