“They are always working very hard on orders and I never have my order messed up.
Delegation of staffing to busy areas could stand for improvement; there's always alot of staff but they don't seem to be really helping anywhere. There are times when a pre-order is fast and convenient but lately the usual is that pre-ordering only causes you to wait longer, much much longer. On the times I have decided to just order from the storefront line I have had to wait so long just for someone to look up long enough to ask if they are even serving storefront because the whole line was waiting just to even be acknowledged. I think most customers have figured out that if you actually want to get service you have to go through the drive thru because that seems to be only real focus. In order to get many online offers you still have to place a mobile pre-order though or you don't get the discount offer...
Everything is always tasty once you do receive it. I will keep going but I have limited my visits to maybe 1x weekly or less due to this.“
“Ordered a regular hot coffee and an ice coffee on my app. It was filled quickly and efficiently. I am not dinging the service, but the young man who waited on me seemed kinda grumpy. Hope he is having a better day today!
