“Such a fantastic, fun experience thanks to the party leader! He taught us games, how to throw, and gave us tips throughout it. He even let us throw longer since we went on a non-busy day. We had such a blast. The drinks were great! Such a reasonable price too per person. This is perfect for a party or date night.“

“Dog friendly. Tasty lil chicken sando. Cider/ beer flight. If that's whatcha want, this place has it all! We did a lil work retreat here and it was a little distracting because the music vibe was more interesting than the work stuff but we made it through. I'm gonna go ahead and give them five stars even though I would've wanted more food options. But they are literally called a beer company so I can't really fault them for that.“

“An eclectic little bar with a lovely staff great local art and a comfy welcoming vibe. The charcuterie was actually thoughtful and delicious and not just expensive cheese. The bartender offered thoughtful recommendations on drinks and was generally warm and inviting. I feel like people are ridiculous with 5 star ratings so I try to be more realistic. No complaints.“

“I've loved this spot since they first opened! They're now expanded. It was really busy when we went in and we were sitting up front in the window seats which wasn't the most intimate spot to have a conversation. Super cute and cozy though. Nice variety of treats in the bakery case. We split the creme brulee which was delicious!! Sadly, their espresso is AWFUL. Third time trying it, figured maybe it wasn't a good night the past two times but not the spot for a coffee drink whatsoever which is too bad. They didn't offer cream, sugar, etc.“

“The Cub Room never disappoints. The food and service are always outstanding! I finally tried the Cub Burger and it was amazing! If you love burgers, you must order it. We also ordered Patatas Bravas for an appetizer and 2 desserts to share-- signature S'mores and Grand Marnier and chocolate crepe cake.“
“Great bar with a cool vibe and an awesome staff. Really great thoughtful selection overall including a solid beer list. They had an inventive yet unpretentious cocktail list. I ordered a cosmo with a local cucumber vodka, which was perfectly balanced. My partner got their bourbon cocktail which was seasoned with allspice bitters. I also had to try their espresso martini which was one of the best I've had, great flavor and intense coffee notes enhanced with a hazelnut liquor. Their staff was also incredible and very attentive. Go here asap!!“

“Fantastic!Cocktails, food, service and atmosphere are perfect. I highly recommend the deviled eggs as appetizers. My friend had the salmon and ate every last bite. I had the burger and cleaned my plate. It's a little pricey, but worth it. Also easy parking if their lot is full there is another lot right next door. Make reservations and enjoy!“
“Some of the best kombucha I've had; Cashmere & Root Beer are my favorites! If you've never had a kombucha float, you have to try them! Also can't beat a $7 flight on a Friday!Today I was craving a float which wasn't on their usual menu because of colder weather but Kat went out of her way to get some Countertop Creamery vegan ice cream from their back freezer and made me two floats to go! She absolutely made my day “

“We made a reservation for I believe 9 and we ended up early. We got sat right away. No photos of the food because we were both starving. We got the Ribeye with lump blue crab. It was one of the best steaks I've ever had. We also had the black grouper dish. A little salty but would eat again. Next time we come back, will just be to try the delicious looking apps and some dessert! Overall good night out.“
“Quality spot with a quality staff. Great atmosphere in a well used space (inside Park Meigs Mall), with excellent TV accomodations for watching any sport. The classic pub vibes offered by Dead Red are a perfect addition to the neighborhood, and while there is no kitchen, there are plenty of offerings in area to check out before or after your drinks. Corner of Park and Meigs with plenty of options for street parking.“

“Never been to this establishment in Buffalo, but always heard amazing things about their wings, so was glad it came to Rochester. Finally had an opportunity to check it out and to see if it was worth the hype. Long story short, it most certainly is, the wings were perfectly cooked and sauced, and our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. The menu is small, but everything was well made and flavorful. Will be back for more.“

“I should rate this place more often, it’s just never popped up.I’ve been here at least 8-10x and have never had a bad experience.I was just before noon today, so kinda slow and quiet. I heard another patron mention how quiet it was, so the atmosphere wasn’t top notch h, but it did become more vibrant once noon hitService was great. Fish fry Friday. I think Panko breaded, amazing! I like this place.“
“Great food! Great music! The sound was on point! This little venue is so intimate. It just invites people in to have nothing but a good time. This thing you might be small but the bands they bring in are not! I recommend this place highly if you're looking to have a good time with some good music and some good people!“

“This place was so fun. We went for the karaoke and found an awesome bar with awesome people. Chatted with the bar tender, who was amazing all night, and later found out she was the owner. Bathrooms were clean, food was delicious, beer was cold, karaoke was hilarious! Love this place!“

“I have had dinner here and this resturaunt hosted my son's baby shower. The rooms for the shower were perfectly sized and private; away from the main restaurant. The brunch food provided was well seasoned. Dinner is well priced and food is excellent. The tables are far enough apart that you have your own space. Parking is excellent.“
“Gluten free pizza and mocktails! What a fun place for food and drinks! They have a wood oven they make all their pizzas in, minus the gluten free. Gluten free is prepared and cooked separately to reduce cross contamination. Be prepared to wait +20 minutes for a gf pizza. I ordered the pizza special on the gluten free crust. Not bad! It's a bit thicker (not full Detroit but not NYC thin). Overall, not bad. I would order it again, but this wouldn't be my first choice for a GF pizza. The crust fine, a little dense and premade. They have a couple of fun mocktail options that aren't some overpriced lemonade junk. I would recommend going for the atmosphere and drinks (alcoholic or not). I'm excited to see what else I can try on the menu. The staff are so friendly and helpful! All my questions were answered and it was so fun watching everyone cook at the pizza oven! Street parking and small lot for customers, both free.“

“We recently ordered a fairly large quantity of food and drinks from Mullers for my sisters baby shower. They were easy to work with, gave us a great deal and checked in a few times to make sure everything was on schedule. When I arrived for pick-up they greeted me at the door by my first name with smiles just like I was family. They also helped to load everything into my trunk. A few days after the event they even checked in to see how everything went! This is how you run a business! It’s hard in 2023 to find an establishment with that kind of class and professionalism. I highly recommend Mullers for any catering needs. Even better yet, stop in and enjoy some drinks, cider and food with some friends or family. You won’t be disappointed!“
“fantastic place. can be crowded and loud and dark, if thats not your jam than this isn't the place for you. this is a fantastically artistic space with an amazing atmosphere. staff is extremely friendly and the live music is always very talented.“

“I was in town for business and we went here for dinner. What can I say amazing. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect. And the service was great. Keep up the great work. I look forward to coming back when I’m back in town. Thanks for a great evening.“
“Quaint & clean. The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY. They don't serve food but we were able to Uber eats a pizza. The entertainment was fantastic. We saw Amanda Anne Platt and the Honeycutters. It was so good that I think we're coming back for their show tonight!“
“Our first time at this place. We heard the fish fry was good and it was. As was the broiled haddock. We sat at the bar and were very pleased with the two bartenders as well as the hostess/waitress. All hard working and friendly. The vibe is nice too. The bartender said the place has been a bar since the 1800's and Dicky's for decades. A good mix of young and old in the crowd. We definitely will be back and recommend it to others.“

“I want to wait on a Saturday night with my friend originally to eat cuz I want something to eat and we wanted to have a couple drinks. However I forgot all about the food when I got in there after ordering the drink cuz we started playing the games and I ended up having so much fun the stress I went out to get over was gone in less than 5 minutes of being there and I just had the best night in a long time with my friends playing these old games I have been touched since I was a small child almost 40 years ago. I can't say anything about the food because the kitchen was closed when I went there to actually get the food by the time I did, but I can say something about the fun and the drink, I haven't enjoyed myself and have fun like that and doing the activities available there for at least a decade. I might give it a five stars for food but that's only because I want to give it 5 stars of people consider it for the things I did have the most amazing time out with my friend last night.“

“I honestly considered writing a poor review for this place, just so I could keep it less busy for myself, but i'd be doing Chakara a great injustice! The food and service here are absolutely phenomenal! Prices are very reasonable and well worth the product! This restaurant is visually unassuming from the outside, and if you enter while not busy, it is pretty unassuming from the inside. DON'T BE FOOLED!!! This is one of, if not the best sushi/ japenese/ mixed Asian cuisine restaurants I have ever been to! It's truly a hidden gem. It is a perfect place for family, friends, and date night. Sitting at the bar and being served by Andy is always a great time! We are still working our way through the menu but have yet to try something that wasn't extremely well prepared, beautifully presented, and incredibly delicious!“
“Best billiards spot in Rochester, NY. Fair prices and welcoming atmosphere. Consistent food. Lots of league and tournaments happening here so if you are looking to find a home and/or learning stop in watch, play, learn, and get into something.“

“Great service. Never have ordered chicken tenders from anywhere in my life and always forget leftovers in the car and gotta toss them... Decided to check out the "best tenders" and they were killer. “I love the Daily Refresher. The cocktails are always excellent and the service is great. The charcuterie board is huge and is the best in the city. I do wish they had more food options/larger plates, but everything I have had there has been really good.“

“Spent an unusual Easter Sunday evening in this bar after most of Rochester seemed to be closed. I was glad to hear that everyone had done due service to attending church that day. Great bartenders and interesting chat in a well run local bar that seemed welcome to all. Thanks to Don, who has not given in to the blue and brown.“

“We've been hearing great things about CRISP Rochester and it did not disappoint. Despite being a little busy, they handled us with ease and a smile. Food was creative and tasty. There are several options for both vegetarians and vegans. What's really nice is that these offerings aren't an afterthought, rather they are creative options even an omnivore like me can enjoy (my spouse is vegetarian/pescatarian). The pimento cheese appetizer was fantastic. As good as I've had when traveling the Deep South. Unfortunately they were out of the Shrimp & Grits entree we wanted to try, but what we ordered was just fantastic. Our only comments are the "for the table" section's items are more single serving sized than true sharing portions. Still amazing, though we might have ordered more in advance if we'd known. Finally, there was a nice selection of mocktails as well as traditional cocktails. Like the comment about vegan/vegetarian options being creative, it's nice to see creative mocktails instead of just virgin versions of the same tired drinks. We will definitely return. The patio was lovely and the food great.“

“Their plates and burgers are fantastic. And perhaps the best fries in the city. Be careful using the delivery services, sometimes it doesn't take. So give them a call, walk in because they're very friendly and helpful and you'll get a fantastic meal.“
“The bar tender Austin, is HIM!Not only does he provide amazing service, I watched him run out of the bar, leaping the fence bushes and a 10 yard gap to save children from a burning bus. It was insane. (This is a joke)For real Bar Bantam has incredible drinks, amazing staff that genuinely care you have a good experience. And the food is definitely the best in town for an even better price. They also have the best wings“

“This building has been home to a tavern for exactly 200 years, since 1824: “Prior to it becoming Thirsty’s in 1971, names/dates included; 1820’s being Warner’s Tavern, 1920’s being Windy’s Town Tavern, 1930’s being Scoop & Hazel and the 1960’s Tallo’s Town Tavern.”“

“We found this café through my Seed Oil Scout app. We have come to Rochester for the eclipse and I just purchased the Seed Oil Scout app so I thought I would give it a try while we're traveling. This restaurant was recommended as a safe choice and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious! I got the Paleo salad with beef tenderloins. The beef was perfectly cooked, better than most steaks I've gotten. My husband got chicken Parmesan and loved it. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful. We are so glad that we canceled the reservation that we had over in the Finger Lakes and decided to just stay closer to the hotel. Excellent decision!“
“We loved this place. Great . Bartender was awesome. He's a kenny Chesney looking guy. All he needs is a cowboy hat lol.Greeted us as we walked in. He was awesome. Met awesome new people. Definitely coming back. My Moscow mule was so good. I like the always new drink specials to try.“

“This is by far one of my favorite places in Rochester. I have been going on and off for almost 20 years now, it is the only Goth club in town and we are lucky that it happens to be a good one.It is one of the only places in Rochester with a real dance floor with mirrors and a stone pillar right in the center. It's a mood.“

“I stopped by this place with family while we were walking on the canal. It's a very short detour from the Canal towpath, and has outdoor seating, which is great in the summer. Tons of options, and very fair pricing. I got a sandwich, my wife got a salad, and my son got the chicken fingers. Each item was delicious. We will definitely be back.“

“I came in for dinner with some coworkers and truly loved my experience. We came in right at the end of Happy Hour and our server rushed to get our first wine orders in so we could make the special. I ordered the Ceasar salad with shrimp and it was quite possibly the best Ceasar I've ever had! It was incredible and filled with plump, perfectly cooked shrimp! I also ordered a side of fries because, girl dinner lol, and they were just what I wanted! Everyone else in my party enjoyed their meal equally. The restaurant was busy but we had quick, friendly service throughout our meal. It was a fun place to grab a meal and drinks after a long day of work!“

“Service was excellent. The server was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the food and offerings. The atmosphere was also was lovely. The building was very old and quaint. Beautifully decorated. I you need accessible entrance I would check. My friend struggled with the old and uneven stairs, but there was just a couple at the door and one off the porch. Vegetarian friendly. I had the cauliflower toast which was quite good and plenty for 2 to share for an appetizer. Black bean burger for the main entree was delicious and made there. I had crème brûlée for dessert, it was a little runny but flavorful. A nice dinner.“
