“This is the epitome of a hidden gem! If you are into sitting in a small town cafe, where the wait staff is amazing, you are in for a treat!
That said, if you are into a diner that makes an amazing tasting breakfast, that will feed you for three to four days, at the cost of one breakfast, you are about to react!
I can only hope you that there are many small “mom & pop” type diners like this hidden around the country, because this is what makes America what we are.

“I have passed by this quaint restaurant once a week for several years, and finally decided to stop for lunch today. It's history as a home or former business is perfect for it's new venue. I give the two young women who run this place a 5 star rating for friendliness, greeting new coustimers as old friends, and granting me a free cookie as a firsttimer! There is a good variety of homemade baked goods . . . I highly reccommend the BrickHouse Cafe in Brewerton ! You will be glad you dined there.”

“Experience all the way around was wonderful! From the phone call placing my order to picking up the pizza and paying. The team member on the phone taking my order was helpful and nice. The woman that cashed me out when I picked up was very friendly and so pleasant! The Pizza itself was absolutely delicious! perfect crust for folding and dipping. The toppings were fresh and tasty. Definitely will be ordering again and trying some different items on the menu.”

“I along with my family were coming from Niagara Falls to New Jersey. Since we were reaching home after midnight, my son searched for an Indian restaurant and found it. Stopping over after leaving the highway at 9 pm and driving to this restaurant 10 miles was not a regret. The food was great and delicious. We would love to go there again whenever travelling to/through this area.”

“We had this pizza at the NYS Fair and it was, without question, the best pizza we have ever eaten. It had a crisp crust but it was also fluffy and soft. The sauce was delicious and fresh. The cheese was stretchy and not greasy. I would buy this again and again if I didn’t live so far away!”

“Dined here last evening. The warm brie appetizer was very good and a nice change from ordinary appetizers. The steak was very tender and cooked to perfection. For dessert I had the chocolate torte which came with raspberry sauce. The combination of the chocolate and raspberry....yum! The staff were all nice, friendly, and informative. Kathy & her staff were able to make that happen as well! The cake was their PB Explosion, but with a sunflower theme for the birthday girl. Not only was the cake gorgeous, it was delicious, too! The cookie cake looked great, and got the nod of approval from the birthday boy. I didn't try that one myself.. I was too busy downing the pb explosion! Thank you so much, Kathy & crew! “We have been here for dinner several times and the food, cocktails and service have always been great. We typically eat at the bar and the gentleman bartender has always been very attentive and friendly. We were finally able to get reservations here for a holiday and the Mother’s Day buffet was exceptional. Our table was set up for us when we arrived, and I was so impressed with how organized everything was considering how many reservations they had. The food was fresh and delicious, our server was amazing, checking on us often. She even went out of her way to ask the kitchen to make a few strawberry shortcakes for our table. The owner stopped by to check on us as well but something that really stood out was at least 3 other friendly servers thanked us for coming in as we were leaving. Just a great experience all around!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
