“We had lunch here today and everything was amazing! Our Dad asked about Sloppy Joes and the server pointed out that they didn’t have them on the menu but suggested the brisket grilled cheese. Before our food arrived the serve came out with a specially made sloppy Joe for our Dad. He ate the whole thing and said it was delicious! I had the brisket grilled cheese and that was very yummy! For the chef to make a custom dish was so unexpected and very much appreciated. It was nice to see Dad happy and have a full belly!!!! We will be back for sure!“

“I got married on 9/13/2025 at 916 Riverside and it was one of the best wedding related decisions my husband and I made. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception on site and it was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The ceremony was held outdoors on their patio, and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how visually stunning it was. We primarily communicated with Jake, the owner, and Brooke, one of the head staff. They were both incredibly helpful and responded immediately whenever we reached out. Anytime I suggested something or asked if it was possible to do X, Y, or Z - Jake accepted with open arms and supported all of our ideas to make our big day personable and meaningful. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but doing so via Jake and Brooke made it as painless as possible, and that is something I am very grateful for. Staff paid attention to small details and ensured that everything got done in the way we envisioned and requested. At the end of our reception, Jake’s staff cleaned up quickly and packed all decorations and center pieces onto two designated tables, which made it that much easier for my husband and I to pick up and pack up everything the day after. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and there’s truly nothing I can critique. 916 Riverside will always be special to us, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any couples who are hunting for a venue. Not to mention extremely accommodating!I work with individuals that need different levels of support based on their different abilities and medical diagnosis' .I frequently take my clients out to do fun things like bowling in the community. This time, the man that was working noticed very quickly that we were having a hard time finding the right ball and keeping the ball out of the gutter. He came over and pulled up the bumpers and found the perfect ball for my client to use. He was so helpful and kind the entire time we were there and made a huge difference in my clients experience! And the other customers were awesome too! The gentleman bowling next to us was cheering my client on right along with me to help make their experience even better!
