I was also lucky enough to recently receive a gift card from my Daughter & Son in Law. I brought my hubby in today for his first time & he loved it as well. He had the bowl of French Onion Soup & Roast Beef sandwich. I had the Creamy Potato Soup and the Turkey Wrap. Both of our soups were hearty, full of flavor, and so savory. He enjoyed his Roast Beef on Rye with Horsey Sauce and my Turkey Wrap was so DELICIOUS 😋 The staff so very friendly & accommodating. The Cafe is decorated beautifully with lots of beautiful plants & decor. It's a perfect spot to take a little break from life with great meals, good people, and a perfect feeling of hometown comfort“

“Great place for icecream. Price is a little high at 6$ for a small but comparable to the area. Portion is generous, so makes up for it. Many flavors to choose from. There is a drive thru and picnic tables to sit and enjoy your treat. I give 4 stars because you will have to wait a while on a hot day. Minimal parking.“

Honestly the best service I have gotten at any restaurant that I can remember. I wish I remembered both of my servers names but I can only think of Natalie at the moment. “There was quite a line when we walked in and the manager, Amanda, always had a smile on her face the entire time. She greeted each customer with a cheerful welcome and treated each person with kindness and respect. She also walked around and asked everyone if everything was good. Amanda is a fantastic manager at the Horseheads, NY Dairy Queen!

“Love BWW! They (by far) have the biggest and most interesting selection of wing sauces. They frequently are running specials that are spectacular.

On this last visit, however, the TV’s were louder than I’ve ever experienced in any BWW. I asked the hostess if they could be turned down some and she basically said no, and acted annoyed. We waited almost 20 mins to be seated, despite no one else waiting.

The food came out fast, but almost all of it was barely warm. Our sever was friendly, but ended up with too many tables, causing us to wait more than 15 mins to pay our check. Despite all this I’d definitely return, and am sad that the BWW in Ithaca closed a few years back.“
