“Wanted to give a shout out to the restaurant, Freddy’s, in Pleasantville. Went with a couple of girlfriends a few weeks ago and then again with my hubby last week. Both meals were delicious. The appetizers are yummy! Most of all, though, I wanted to remark on the atmosphere. The people in charge are just delightful. Had a chance to meet the owner. He told me he named the restaurant after his grandfather ( forgive, it might have been his father). Either way I thought it was nice. He has a young family and loves what he does. They have been open for two years, but I just found them now. If you haven’t checked them out, you should soon!“

“Eating at Sundance is an experience not a meal. Easily THE BEST food I've ever had. The ambience of the store mixed with the friendliness of the employees makes for a fantastic experience all around. “Fantastic local spot, gets quite busy during peak lunch and dinner/weekends. Nice salads, burgers and wings. Lots of interesting patty choices (elk, bison, etc). Also, one of the best (most diverse, interesting) rotating domestic crafr tap lists in the county. They're always playing great rock, blues & funk.“

“I've only eaten there once, but I can see myself visiting again. Service was very good, and friendly. The "Alvin" Grilled Chicken Sandwich was tasty, though the Chicken was a bit chewy. The French Fries were very good. The menu looks very ambitious, and I look forward to trying their other offerings. The bathrooms are tiny, but clean! It's a safe bet that you'll get an enjoyable meal at Strawberry Place.“

“As a first-time tourist in United States I was amazed by this place. First of all, Emma is such a cute dog and there were lots of her pictures around! Secondly, the atmosphere gave me a real American experience. And finally the food was delicious - I’ve ordered an onion soup with fish and chips and my friends went for some salads and all of us were very pleased with the choice. Our waiter was a very funny and kind man, unfortunately we’ve only been passing through Westchester but next time I’ll make sure to come here again!“

“We didn't know what to expect and we were very impressed with the quality of the food. We were looking for a place to celebrate a birthday and I'm not from the area. The lamb lollipops were tender and perfectly cooked. We shared the cowboy ribeye which was very tender and flavorful. The sole provensal was also delicious and hot line a fish dish I have ever had. I highly recommend Urban Central.“

“I’m afraid to be too honest about how much I loved my first visit to The Tasty Table for fear that the more of us who share the less chance I’ll get a table…but…it’s great!! I can hardly wait to return! Sunday brunch is fantastic! Busy and absolutely worth the wait! I had their delicious shakshuka and an early grey tea while my friend had the hamburger and a cappuccino. We both loved it!!! We ate outside which was lovely, but inside is even more lovely! The design is farmhouse chic meets French patisserie…a great combo!!! And…the staff was kind and generous!! I really look forward to going back!!“

“At the time of writing this review, I am completing my graduate program for mental health counseling with Pace University. In the beginning of my program, I had been searching for jobs to keep a form of income while I was also busy with classes. Lee and Joe were incredibly accommodating when hiring me and understood my school situation. They helped work my schedule around my classes so that I could have a steady form of income. When I had to begin my internship, they helped me work my schedule around that as well. Not only is the work environment very friendly, the food is wonderful as well. The freshly made bagels and muffins were always incredible. Now that I'm done with my program and moving out from the area, I certainly am going to miss my usual lunches here.

“The food is reliably good, maybe not spectacular. The desserts, though, ARE spectacular. The drinks are good, too. The only problem with the service is that the bartender also has to wait tables, so everything slows down. Prices are reasonable for Westchester, and the place has a very relaxed vibe.“

“Our waitress appeared to be in a bad mood, not welcoming at all. The food was awful. My burger bun was hard as a rock, the bacon was hard and cold, my kids' broccoli was swimming in some weird oil like liquid, inedible, the chicken Mac& Cheese bowl tasted warm and seemed microwabable.....and we literally had to send back the wine carafe, it was BITTER!!! Needless to say a waste of money! Sorry, I wouldn't recommend, cute place but that is all.“

Wheelchair accessibility: There are 3 doors just to enter. It is extremely difficult to get someone in a wheelchair into the restaurant as you need multiple people just to open and keep open the multiple doors.“

“Fantastic! Just how a quiet town Cafe should be. Quick and friendly service. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese, everything bagel. I could tell just by how they wrapped it, it was perfect. Unwrap the paper and there it is. Perfectly stacked with perfectly cooked everything! Melt cheese, tender eggs, crisp bacon, and a pillowly soft bagel with just the right amount of chew. Great selection and range overall on the menu. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!“

“When I left a message to determine if this venue was right for my 70th birthday, Nelson the owner forwarded to me an exceptional menu which met my goals. He and his team were very flexible as I came by numerous times checking table materials and possible table setups. The venue including Nelson, his wife Christine and famy met and exceeded all my expectations Nelson was very patient and accommodating. I had a cocktail hour inside because it was too humid outside. Nelson 's team set up the tables and they were able to deliver an exceptional dessert table. The outside was coiffured beyond beautiful! All in all we were certainly return for other functions!“

“Place is cool I go often. Food is usually great. Staff are ok. Some seem a bit stressed or not in the mood to work. My BIGGEST issue is the Maintanence. One the decor should be upgraded but that’s a not a real deal breaker. The mess from previous customers are never cleaned up promptly. Every time I go there is at least two to three tables that need to be cleaned. Also the “clean” tables never look cleaned properly.Now I don’t know if they are understaff but restaurant presentation is VERY important. The maintenance should match the quality of food.“
