“Mamaroneck location: the best bagel in the Westchester Sound Shore area since H&R closed in New Rochelle a couple of years ago - sorry New Ro, Eastchester, Larchmont, and Ryebrook, Brooklyn bagels in Mamaroneck makes a better bagel, their service is AA++, great location, and great atmosphere.“

“I was reading the reviews and I see there was some reviews that are not so good. Let me tell you it is a small shop. It’s not fancy, but they’re the best bagels around and they’re not the most expensive either. The ladies work very hard. you don’t know that they have to fulfill some very big orders in the morning which take a lot of work. It’s very hot in there from the oven so some days they’re just drained. They don’t have the energy almost to smile, but believe me, there’s such sweet ladies. Sometimes you have to give people a benefit of the doubt. It’s not an easy job believe me and now they take credit and cash and I go early in the morning and I have the hottest best bagels and the spreads and other things are very good. yes it might seem expensive but you’re paying for the service and the convenience. Believe me if I ever moved from Scarsdale I would miss this place. Probably the most of everything. And Manny, the son is a sweetheart!“

“I really liked PopUp Bagels! I will say it wasn't what I was completely expecting so just know before you go that if you want butter or cream cheese or any of those add on's you have to buy their tiny tubs of them so I opted to only get one. They are incredibly fresh, you just go to the side window and they give them to you fresh out of the oven. The bagels were great!“

The scallion cream cheese had the perfect tang and herbal kick, complementing the lox beautifully. I also grabbed a cup of their Oreo pudding—rich, sweet, and creamy without being overly heavy. I love their customer service, they answer their phone, and they answer my questions on Facebook. I will be using them again, and again. I love everything about them so far. “Perfect location with a municipal parking lot next to the cafe. GCBC bagels are as close to the bagels I grew up eating in Forest Hills. They are soft but slightly chewy. Perfect texture! When I go early in the morning after they've taken them out of the oven, I don't even ask them to toast it. Sometimes I have to wait in line because they're busy but that's a good sign. There are regulars who come every morning and read newspapers while having their bagels. It's a neighborly place with excellent bagels.“

“Pretty standard donut shop, but a little elevated from what you'd expect with Dunkin. It was absolutely packed at 11AM on a Sunday, but they were managing it well. Price was fine, donut was as well, I wouldn't hesitate to come back.“
