“We were recommended to Dolce restaurant by a relative who used to live in the area and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is rustic and classic. From the time we walked in the door, the service was extraordinary. We were seated right away and we received the perfect amount of attention throughout the entire meal. One diner had the tuna tar tar as an appetizer and he said it was the best he's ever had. For dinner we had the chicken Francaise and the Dolce salad. They both had generous portions and were absolutely delicious. The mashed potatoes and spinach sides were just as good as the entree. We would highly recommend this restaurant. Our waitress Jillian was amazing and had a lovely personality. Delicious food, great ambiance all for a fair price.“

Today was an emotional day as my younger son underwent surgery. While we were at the hospital, someone else dropped my older son off at camp. In the middle of everything, I realized I had forgotten to pack his lunchbox. As a mom, I immediately worried that he wouldn't have anything to eat.
Thankfully, I was able to place a lunch order for him at the very last minute through EB222 Cafe & Catering. Knowing he had a good lunch while I stayed by my younger son's side brought me so much peace during an already stressful day.

One thing to be aware of is that the ground flooring is very uneven, so it's worth watching your step while walking around the area. Unfortunately, our date was cut short due to an incident in the surrounding area shortly after we grabbed our coffee and food. “The kitchen is small, but the flavors are big at the Playhouse Cafe. It’s unbelievable what they are capable of creating — this is not your typical movie theater cafe. Great cocktails, a full coffee shop (my favorite place to work on the weekends while the kids catch a movie), the charcuterie board is fabulous, the muffaletta is my favorite sandwich. My kids love the tater tots and chicken fingers. Don’t miss the churro bites for dessert! Best of all — you never need a movie ticket to eat in the cafe, but if you are seeing a movie — you can bring your food/drinks into the theater. Sure beats regular popcorn!Also, trivia nights and live music are so fun — not to be missed!
