“We used to frequent the Astoria location which was always so great. The new Manhattan location is no different. Somewhat smaller, but just very cozy and very nice looking. Amazing food as always. The flavors and taste are just the best. No matter what you order you will not go wrong. The service is top notch and Rocco and his staff are just the best at what they do. “Unbelievably good Italian food! Only thing I’m upset about is the fact I’ve wanted to eat here for 3 years and never actually went inside to eat! This place is a hidden gem. This is real quality Italian food, cooked and served by the same family since the 70s. The hosts, waiters and staff truly care about your dining experience and it really shows. Everything and I mean everything we ate was top notch. I got the carbonara my wife got the chicken parmigiana. I loved mine! Huge portions, quality ingredients. You can just taste everything in your food. The calamari was delicious, nice big calamari with a light breading and the marinara sauce is a real homemade sauce. You will not regret eating here I promise you that! They have a huge wine list and are very knowledgeable and willing to help you make a selection. I love the old school ambiance and the fireplaces are a beautiful touch! Prices are very reasonable! Actually kinda cheap compared to many other restaurants down here. I can’t wait to go back!“

“This is one of many places to eat in LGA and it’s pretty darn good… at least for Italian style breakfast food it is. After placing my order I was watching the lady make other people’s food and the French toast looked beautiful! Lots of people were ordering pizza for breakfast and that looked pretty good too. I tried their breakfast stromboli, spinach and egg and cheese… the dough was beautiful looking and so was the entire thing in the display case. She heated up several minutes before giving it to me. I also got a side of sauce to dip it in.

When I sat down to eat it, it smelled and looked great. The flavors were fresh and spot on, especially the freshness of the spinach! Definitely would return in the future!“
