They TRULY care & as soon as I mentioned allergies I could tell her attentiveness got even more aware & alert! “The yogurt is delicious. They have 6 to 8 flavors, but you can mix them to create a new flavor. Like a strawberry favor and a cheesecake flavor but you can hit the middle bar and create strawberry cheesecake flavor.
I always get the same flavor, that's the salted pretzel.
When you walk in, they may or may not say hello. Depends on who is working. However, if you ask for help, they will always help you. They have over 20 toppings to choose from. Fun for kids and adults. I'd recommend going. I've been going for years through the different owners.

“Best tasting custard I've ever had! It's the closest thing to soft serve ice cream from back home that I've found. Although they seem to be a bit pricey, it's worth it. Black Raspberry, Cake Batter, Cotton Candy and their Banana Splits are some of our favorites! Friendly staff willing to help you out as well 😊 Owner is EXTREMELY nice, willing to take orders for you ahead of time and have them ready to go. There are many branches in Luocheng, and the branch in Lakeside Park always has long queues in summer. Seeing the scene of parents bringing their children to patronize, and then happily bring them in the car or sit and eat on the spot, and you can see people walking along the riverside by the lake. Abbott's is not just an ice cream shop, but a place where Luocheng people grow up. The sweet taste is a part of life. “I grew up in this neighborhood the atmosphere there is beautiful. The ice cream/custard is to die for. It's almost as amazing as the woman I have/had in my life. I'd recommend it to everyone that lives or visits this great City of Rochester. All the Abbotts are great but the one at Lake Ontario Park in Charlotte is the most popular. Perfect way to spend an evening with the one you love.“

It’s become a little tradition for us—our two boys (5 & 7) love exploring the aisles for a snack or a piece of candy, while my significant other and I can never pass up the soft serve ice cream or the chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches. The Quick Pick deli section is super convenient, and the made-to-order burgers always hit the spot. The gas prices are some of the best around, and the free air for our tires is a nice bonus.

Prices are higher than larger stores, but that is to be expected at a convience store. Gas prices are sometimes higher than the Sunoco across the street. Accepts tap to pay, which is great for security when buying gas, and the store is open 24 hours.“
