I wish there were an option to give zero stars. They messed up my order, and when I brought it back, I had to wait another 25 minutes for it to be corrected. After all that, they told me they didn't even have creamer for the coffee. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern for the inconvenience. Very disappointing experience, and I won't be returning.
Store hours are posted online open till 2 am in posting this at 145 as I have to go eat somewhere else cause the employees dont wanna do they job 😑😶 wasted my time coming here 0/10 would becer recommend
I stopped by the Mt. Hope location today for a meal, and it completely hit the spot! It has honestly been a while since I've had an incredible, perfectly prepared meal like this, even if I can't quite pack away as much food as I used to.
Walking in, you instantly feel the energetic World Cup hype. They have great tournament promotions and displays everywhere, from the fun collectible displays to the cool featured meal graphics.

McDonald's serves fresh and crispy nuggets, fish, and fries. The employees are joyful and helpful, providing the best experience ever. Despite some mishaps like missing chocky milk and disappointing orders, the staff remains friendly and accommodating. A visit may lead to funny stories, but overall, customers appreciate the nice people and hot, fresh food. One customer found the manager unhelpful when inquiring about an order. Another customer had a great experience with Brandon, who was polite, professional, and pleasant, making them feel special and restoring their hope in fast food customer service. This location can't get right, and some customers will go elsewhere due to aggravation.
