“It's not quite like Tim's in Canada, but close. You can't order double-double/triple-triple, you have to doctor it yourself 😓. And they don't have steeped tea, just tea bags like anywhere else. But, the tea does taste about right once it's ready, just a little more hassle to get there.
They are very friendly at this location.“

It was a little disorganized because of the remodel so the overall ambiance was not great, but the people and food were good.
I would recommend if you are a fast foodie coffee person!

Long review: I have passed through this Tim Horton everyday during the week for the pass 6 or more months, I order cappuccinos, artisan buns toasted with butter, and more. Every time cappuccinos are perfect, and they never fail having artisan buns which I always have troubles finding in other stores. They accommodate with any changes on any item we had ordered. Employees are friendly and cordial at least the morning employees, such as Sule, Jay, and honestly every morning employee I find during the weekday are the best. Telling you, I will keep passing every morning, to get my cappuccino and sandwich because they don’t fail. Thank you for making the start of my day greatly.“
“Big Red puts out a mean box. That is to say the manager (I think?) does a great job with his crew and getting the Ryan's breakfast box out and correctly. The crew has some great employees and they really seem to work together well and work hard.“

“This is my favorite location of Tim Hortons. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was having issues with the app and the cashier took the time to help me with it. The egg, cheese and sausage on the pretzel bagel is always made perfectly. Never been here any other time than the morning on a weekday but their morning crew is some of the best.“
“Product is far superior to Dunkin Donuts, as is their drive thru windows service.
I also visit the drive thru on long pond near Greece town hall and see the service and food to be equally as consistant with great staff too.
Recommend the apple fritters could be proofed more and honey dipping on the bottoms as well!! After all they are the ends of the Coffee rolls scrunched together at tour CPL.“
“Waiting for my son to complete an evening program, I wanted a cozy drink to keep me and my book company. Honestly, they looked. Lose. Most TH's are closed this time of day 9n the east side of town. But they were open, and patient as I tried to get the new app to work so I could look at promos and discounts.They were willing to see if iced hot chocolate would work with the app promotion and adjust if it didn't. I appreciate their patience, and know we both understand the current promo 100% better. (She said that many have had problems with the new app update -phew! It's not just me. I haven't used it in months, and I was relieved to hear I wasn't the only customer having problems.)The iced/frozen hot chocolate was delicious and I have something tasty to enjoy while I wait for my son. Helpful, patient service, and everything was great.“
“A totally fine Tim Horton’s. Nothing to write home about, but nothing to throw a fit about either. Could it be faster? Sure. Could the employees actually look at you when they talk to you? Yeah. Do I care as long as my coffee is hot and made correctly? Not really.“
“This was me and my boyfriends first time trying here, and being a food critic let me tell you what I thought.
We ordered the eggs with spinach and it needs more love, it was dry and needed more flavor like salt perhaps. I couldn't taste the spinach but the texture of the egg was nice 👍. It wasn't awful but not great.
The hash browns we're pretty good 😊 and the coffee drinks were just meh, needs more caffeine ? They were just ok.
If you want to try it I would advise maybe trying a different breakfast item but definitely try there hash browns. They were the best out of the whole order. Hope this helps! ☺️“
