“The Tim Hortons on East Henrietta Rd. across from Suburban Plaza is the one I go to most often as it's the closest one to my house. The service there is the best of any location I've gone to...consistently. Always pleasant and up beat!“

Long review: I have passed through this Tim Horton everyday during the week for the pass 6 or more months, I order cappuccinos, artisan buns toasted with butter, and more. Every time cappuccinos are perfect, and they never fail having artisan buns which I always have troubles finding in other stores. They accommodate with any changes on any item we had ordered. Employees are friendly and cordial at least the morning employees, such as Sule, Jay, and honestly every morning employee I find during the weekday are the best. Telling you, I will keep passing every morning, to get my cappuccino and sandwich because they don’t fail. Thank you for making the start of my day greatly.“

“I stop at Tim Hortons every morning. This is the only store that ALWAYS gets the order right no matter how many items we get. The staff is friendly and am always greeted with a smile and a "Good Morning" from whoever is there. Also the iced tea is always perfect, without too much ice and never that strong/burnt taste. Huge shout out to Claudia, Morgan, Alex, Cathy, Tyler, Reese, and Lynn for always starting my morning off right! Keep it up!“

“I always look forward to the pumpkin muffins this time of year. Depending on who is making the food it's usually very good. I like dinning in at times and I like that the place is clean. The staff is always polite and professional so far. This location is a definite place to visit.“

“This is my favorite location of Tim Hortons. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was having issues with the app and the cashier took the time to help me with it. The egg, cheese and sausage on the pretzel bagel is always made perfectly. Never been here any other time than the morning on a weekday but their morning crew is some of the best.“

“My son prefers Tim Hortons to most donut type shops. I reluctantly took him to this one, remembering how dingy and gross it was pre pandemic. I was pleasantly surprised by how much cleaner it is now and how much more attentive the staff was. I have been back a couple of times with him since.“

“I like the coffee and food here. I strongly recommend getting the app which can save you money. I also like to dine in and the store has space. The staff are very nice here and make sure to get your order right.

Parking: At peak times you may not find a parking spot so you would have to use the drive thru.

Wheelchair accessibility: You can get into the restaurant in a wheelchair with some help. The doorway is wide.“

“I'm not sure what's in the air this morning but the employees hear where all in the back part working on drive up and door dash while the people at the register stood mins to wait, my thing is if your short staffed or busy you must address the people in line to acknowledge them, this happens in many fast food places most of the employees are just there for a check, please take an interest in you job, after all you went there to fill out the application for that job. “Waiting for my son to complete an evening program, I wanted a cozy drink to keep me and my book company. Honestly, they looked. Lose. Most TH's are closed this time of day 9n the east side of town. But they were open, and patient as I tried to get the new app to work so I could look at promos and discounts.They were willing to see if iced hot chocolate would work with the app promotion and adjust if it didn't. I appreciate their patience, and know we both understand the current promo 100% better. (She said that many have had problems with the new app update -phew! It's not just me. I haven't used it in months, and I was relieved to hear I wasn't the only customer having problems.)The iced/frozen hot chocolate was delicious and I have something tasty to enjoy while I wait for my son. Helpful, patient service, and everything was great.“

“The food was good and as expected..consistent. The drive through path is very narrow. The person taking my order was quiet and didn't articulate well. That made it hard to understand when ordering. Otherwise, I'd go back to this location.“
