“I swear my friends and I could live here. We’ve been coming to Madonna almost since their open… for dinner, for the pregame, for the many of birthdays, for the afters. The staff is a huge part of our experience and why it’s always first on our list. The music is always right, the cocktails are delish beyond belief, and the food… don’t get me started on the truffle fries. Trust!!“

“Juicy, delicious shashlik and lula kebab — the liver was especially surprising, so tender and succulent. Good service. The space is a bit dark; I would add more lighting to the interior. I would also add complimentary tap water, as is common in all restaurants. But none of that matters once you start eating — these guys definitely know how to cook meat.“

We came on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was pretty busy, but the service was still warm, attentive, and friendly. Everyone made sure we were taken care of even during the rush, which we really appreciated. Great food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!“

“This is not a place you come to for atmosphere. This is a place for delicious falafel and other Middle Eastern foods, like shakshuka, kibbeh, etc., all vegetarian, since it's kosher dairy. The food is authentic Israeli-style. The staff is friendly, too. I don't wear a yarmulke, my wife doesn't cover her arms, and they serve us, and everyone I've seen walk through the doors with a smile. Good food and civility are universal. Also they have this good deal that when you buy 2 slices of pizza you get water or a canned drink. You won’t be disappointed! “The food was really good but be prepared for an interesting experience. The whole experience was strange. Not good or totally bad. Otherwise we would have walked out but the vibes and the way they ran the place was strange. It could have been the specific day i mean the ac wasn’t working so that’s not their fault or a usual occurrence. However I felt like I was in Europe with the water situation. I’ve never been served cold green tea like it was wine it’s not a negative. They don’t have WiFi so be prepared for that. Then there was the transition for dinner. We came between lunch and dinner so they changed the lighting in the middle of the meal. I don’t mind a little dramatic lighting to set the mood infact I actually love romantic lighting. However there’s a difference between romantic lighting and darkness. If a manager is reading this I recommend getting better table lighting if you are going to turn the lights that low. They also don’t allow outside drinks. We were all going to get cocktails before but we’re kind of put out by not being allowed to bring the lattes inside.

There's a lot of seating area, including couches. I tend to like cozier places. They also have a photo booth. They have a good Happy Hour. Hannah is a great bartender and very nice. I would come back even though, as I mentioned before, I like cozier places“

The place is always kept very clean every time I come by even when it's busy. It's off of the main Austin St so it's on the quieter side which is nice to enjoy your meal“

“I love dilly dally!!! The name really embodies the experience: you don't want to leave. I have been many times, and the food is always high quality and delicious. The aesthetic and the staff make you feel at home there. I recently spent many hours there working during the day. There was wifi and many outlets available. Attentive staff, fast service and good food. The space is kind of small and they were really busy but we went on a Sunday at around 1pm. We did not make a reservation but when we arrived we were told someone was a no show and we were seated immediately.“

I haven't been to the area in a while and what an amazin addition to the (finally) emerging culinary scene of an area. My wife an I had a change to meet the owner and enjoy some of the best food in a city we had in a while. This is a multi-pupose place that does have it's own identity. You can pop by for a fresh (and really good) coffe and pasties for lunch and have a grea dinner in the evening with a full bar and excellent service. If you are tired of typical dated beach establishments and are hangry at the beach, please take this 5 minute hike and enjoy well air conditioned, clean and nice spot, you won't regret it.
