Wonderful menu, meals were prepared deliciously. The very talented Chef came to our table to ensure we were pleased with the meals. Wines were good. “Stopped with my sister in law for coffee before a trip to Rochester. My nephew was in the back yelling because he thought it was an ice cream place…. They were so sweet and gave him a little cup of whipped cream and sprinkles as an ice cream substitute. This was the best customer service ever ❤️“

Great selection of sandwiches etc. Everything was acceptable although a little on the pricey side for lunch. Would I go back? Definitely for the soup (can I get that recipe?). I also think on a cold day inside at the expansive bar (with a view) and the stone fireplace would be great.“

“Caveat. Not a wine drinker and have never visited the Finger Lakes. I enjoyed the scenery of the lake. I can recommend the miso salmon. Go with the local wine to get a full flavor of the area. Hope to visit again in this lifetime. Good job to the staff who waited on us. Friendly service and you cannot beat the ambience of the castle and the lake.“
