“I came here for fresh seafood and ended up purchasing several prepared food items, since those are easy and looked well made. I tried both seafood and vegetable dishes. All were fresh and tasted delicious. I care about fresh seafood. Prices are not cheap, but with seafood, quality really matters. There also appears to be a sushi restaurant onsite, which I'll have to try next time I'm in town. Roslyn is fortunate to have several local gourmet markets and this counts.“

“We went to Di Meo for a birthday celebration. We had an early reservation and the restaurant was very quiet during the time we were there (perfect for us). The meal, the wine, the desert and service were exquisite!! We will be coming back for more celebrations!“

Ravagh Persian Grill has been a solid, consistent & delicious neighborhood gem for over 20 years!
Ravagh just completed a big remodel and things are looking great & the flavors are as consistent as day one.
I love the combination platter! A little bit of everything goes a long way. Dont forget the hummus with diced tomatoes? Yummy!
My wife's favorite is the Red Lentil soup.
This food is contagious! Once you try it, you keep coming back, bringing more family & friends!
I gotta say, the parking lot is kinda small, sometimes they have valet parking but parking can be an issue sometimes.
Overall, this is easily on my top 5 neighborhood restaurants!
The pricing is fair and value is obvious.

“I picked up food here for the first time and Auntie was so incredibly welcoming. She was happy to let me sample a handful of the dishes they were serving, all of which were delicious.

The oxtail here is just phenomenal. The depth of flavor of the gravy was such a standout. My rice and peas were covered in it and I wish I had more!

The jerk chicken was incredibly tender and the sweet and spicy sauces were a great compliment.

The fresh pine ginger drink is a must have and the homemade coco bread was pillowy soft.

The chef is an absolute pro here when it comes to salinity. The seasoning was spot on for every entree without any lingering saltiness.“

“We came here on time for the lunch menu (served until 3), but we were given the dinner menu instead. A few of the items that are on both menus are more expensive on the dinner menu, so it gave us the impression they just wanted us to spend more. After asking for the lunch menu they discouraged it then brushed it off, so we used the more expensive menu rather than make a scene. The Caeser salad with chicken was ok, just a little overdressed. The octopus on the specials menu was tender and tasted good. The shrimp scampi over linguini ($8 more on the dinner menu than the lunch menu) was well-prepared. The NY strip au poivre was more medium than the medium rare we asked for, and the steak was under seasoned. We’ve had better experiences here in the past. It was very off-putting that they did not bring us the lunch menu when we asked for it.“

“I went to a family friend’s 70th birthday party they hosted in the Atlantic ballroom. The space was modern and very clean. The food was DELICIOUS!!! And the workers, Yiselle, Estrellita, and Shorty (blonde) made the event so memorable! They paid attention to every detail, whether it was filling our water cups, collecting unused plates and of course they did it all with a warm smile. They were kind, funny and very welcoming. I had a wonderful time! Thank you Yiselle, Estrellita and shorty!!!“

“I've been visiting Johnny's for over 30+years. Today I went for a lobster roll which replaced the shrimp roll. last year this lobster was so delicious 😋 couldn't wait till the summer. unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. it is not longer on a garlic bun and now served on a plain hot dog bun :( also flavorless! last yr price was $24 and now up to $28 with no flavor and blah bun. please bring back the recipe from years before. thanks“

“simply, just for the fact that you can order the famous Di Fara pizza from Brooklyn at this location, makes this certainly one of the best hidden gems in the neighborhood.
They also offer lots of different dishes from several different restaurants, making this a very interesting place to go for a meal as different. People can order different dishes from different restaurants.“

“I've dined here at least 20 times and have always had a great experience. Our server Deneen was outstanding. So sweet and professional and took great care of us during our dinner. She should be commended. Two of us got the chicken breast dinner and the other two got the pork chop. Everything was delicious as usual. Our wine was great as were the little desserts they always serve. Seasons 52 has become a favorite which is why we always come back!“

“This place is amazing!!!! I went with my grandmarents for dinner and I orderd the Branzino Francese AND IT WAS DELICIOUS! The garlic linguine went beautifully with the lemon wine sauce and was filling too!

The sevice was fantasic as well, the waitress made sure our table was taken care of very well!

And dont even get me started on the ambiance! this is the perfect spot for a date night, family event, or even if your out with your friends!

“I attended a surprise party this Saturday evening. The cuisine was preselected, waiter service was excellent, should receive raises. The table arrangement was very poor. The party was downstairs in one of the private rooms. We were 25 people at one very long table, basically the length of the room, which made it difficult for guests to get around the seated persons at the head of the table on either side. Having two tables would have been a better arrangement, but one long table was not conducive for conversation since we were so far from the other end of the table. The food; not many complaints, I really didn’t have a problem. I didn’t have a lot of food, but it was delicious. The dessert, sorry not very good. Those Famous Crepes(palacinkes) sorry not that great. A lot of crepe and not a lot of filling. The dish was served with fruit, unfortunately this fruit was not in season, so the watermelon although it added color to the dish, upon tasting it, left much to be desired. Why not serve fruit that is in season? No offense to my party hosts who selected my menu for the evening, it didn’t lend itself to the 5 Star Reputation of Dubrovnik’s. “Best seafood boil I ever had.I recently tried a seafood boil at a local Cajun-style spot, and overall, it was a really fun and flavorful experience.

The seafood itself was fresh—especially the shrimp and crab legs, which were juicy and easy to crack open. The real highlight, though, was the sauce. I went with a garlic butter Cajun mix at medium spice, and it had a rich, savory flavor with just the right amount of heat. Everything comes in a bag, coated in sauce, which makes it messy but adds to the experience.

Portion sizes were decent, but the price can climb quickly depending on what you order—especially if you add lobster or extra sides. Corn and potatoes were solid additions, soaking up all that flavor.

The atmosphere was lively and a bit loud, definitely more of a group hangout vibe than a quiet dinner. Service was good overall, though things slowed down a bit during peak hours.

Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was also super comfortable and made it easy to just relax and enjoy dinner. “First time getting food. Got the seafood boil with lobster and shrimp. It was so so good. Calamari was also good. The virgin pina colada was good but $14, I think was to pricey for the size.

Service: Amazing 💕💕 it was pretty busy for a week day but the food came out fast and tasted amazing. I think name of the drink I the photo is Tim tub (ruby). Not too sweet but very good.

Atmosphere: cozy. Small place but there is out door seating. I sat inside and the AC was great. Not too cold.

Food: I order a soup. It had crab meat, pork and a dumpling in it. Not spicy but they put hot sauces on your table in case you want to add spice.

Wheel chair accessible and family friendly.
