“I attended a surprise party this Saturday evening. The cuisine was preselected, waiter service was excellent, should receive raises. The table arrangement was very poor. The party was downstairs in one of the private rooms. We were 25 people at one very long table, basically the length of the room, which made it difficult for guests to get around the seated persons at the head of the table on either side. Having two tables would have been a better arrangement, but one long table was not conducive for conversation since we were so far from the other end of the table. The food; not many complaints, I really didn’t have a problem. I didn’t have a lot of food, but it was delicious. The dessert, sorry not very good. Those Famous Crepes(palacinkes) sorry not that great. A lot of crepe and not a lot of filling. The dish was served with fruit, unfortunately this fruit was not in season, so the watermelon although it added color to the dish, upon tasting it, left much to be desired. Why not serve fruit that is in season? No offense to my party hosts who selected my menu for the evening, it didn’t lend itself to the 5 Star Reputation of Dubrovnik’s. I would like to make reservations and splurge on a dinner on my own, I have a feeling I would LOVE the experience! Btw, another plus was the parking!“

“Can’t recommend this place enough! As I was eating my food I kept on thinking: my goodness! I can’t believe how good this food is! Lol If you are a garlic fan you must get the whipped garlic. It’s my favorite part of the bowl. But all of the toppings are full of flavor. I always get the chicken and it comes with all the toppings you want. Next time I’ll go for the steak. The service is super friendly and the decor is Modern and chic. I love everything about this place. I definitely will become a regular here.“

“Everything we tried was really good! 10/10 Dinner. From the drinks to the dessert, everything was purposeful and soooo tasty. We had margaritas that were tasty and balanced, then had a creamy hummus, with some fish tacos that were very tasty and a little spicy. Then for the main course we had kebabs. One seabass kebab and one arena lamb kebab. We ended up ordering an additional seabass kebab because it was that good! Will continue to come in to try more dishes. This is my second time here and the overall experience has been top notch. Would recommend this spot to anyone that want to go to a good seafood restaurant with a datenight vibe.“

“from minute we arrived the hostess was very rude and unaccommodating (we made a reservation days in advance) put 5 people at a table for 2 our server could not speak English and constantly kept disappearing for exorbitant length of time took us hours to get a drink.... Midway through our meal they made us switch tables literally while we were eating to accommodate another party ...that being said however the food was delicious and the DJ was great but the service was horrible automatically added a $50 gratuity which totally did not deserve and overcharged us for alcohol and dessert“

“We had our son’s graduation dinner there on June 25,2022. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better day or place. The staff was “on point”,so accommodating, extremely nice and made our day more enjoyable. Will definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Husband and I finally dined here a little over a week ago for an early birthday dinner for me and the entire experience was nothing short of sublime. Although I was tempted by the views from the window-side tables, I wanted the Kitchen Table experience, and it was an excellent choice. We drove down from Dutchess County (fyi, whoever designed the Taconic Parkway should be fired, but I digress). The complimentary valet parking made our arrival easy. We were directed to the elevator and from the moment we got off on the floor of the restaurant, we were greeted immediately, and the entire staff was incredibly attentive, polite, and welcoming. The main dining areas are nicely decorated and subtly sophisticated. The chef’s table experience was phenomenal. We got very personal attention from the chef and staff members, and enjoyed watching (and inhaling the aromas from) both the main kitchen and pastry side during our meal. The service was excellent and attentive without being overbearing. Water and wine were poured promptly, the pacing of the courses was perfect, and the explanation for the dishes and wine were appreciated. We decided to get the wine pairing, and the pours were both generous and excellently paired with the courses. It was a lot of wine so by the 4th or 5th glass, I was really feeling it and enjoying myself, to say the least. The food was outstanding across the board. I love seafood so I was quite happy with the 7 fish offerings. We started out with 3 different breads, all different and all delicious, and I’m pretty sure I ate the roasted yeast butter on its own, and then uni and yellowtail, which are 2 of my favorites. It feels kind of dismissive to say “all of the courses were delicious,” but they really were. The black cod, iberico pork shoulder with fava been puree, and the prime dry aged rib eye were probably my favorite courses. I wish I had more room since the chef offered us additional rib eye, but I was pretty much at capacity and we still had dessert. The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The iberico pork dish was crispy, salty, full of umami flavor, and it paired perfectly with the grassy, herbaceous, and silky fava bean puree. There was only one course that I wasn’t as enthusiastic about, the bacalhau a bras carmelle. Each course was so good that I couldn’t wait to see if the next would top it. Each course was a few bites, leading up to the larger beef at the end. Of the 3 dessert courses, the first 2 were my favorite. The first was “pear” which was a contrast of textures and temperatures. It was really outstanding and the cold bits in the dessert were a nice, light contrast to the heavy meal we had just finished. The next was a tart/cold dessert with sweet potato shavings and biscuit-like crackers (my dearest apologies to the pastry chef, I cannot describe it any better). It was all so different and worked well together. Again, the contrast in textures/temperature/flavors worked so well together. By the last dessert course, I was fairly stuffed and couldn’t finish. Again, there was a savory component (lettuce) that was (and I’m guessing here) caramelized so it was sweet and I ate both pieces. There was a custard as well and the crust was so flaky, and I was sorry that I couldn’t eat more of it. 3 ½ hours later, we waddled out quite satisfied and happy. Next time, we’d skip the wine pairing because it was simply too much but I can’t wait to visit here again and try new dishes. I don’t think I can accurately convey how delicious our food was or what a great time we had.“

“Recently came in here for the first time with a friend. We ate at the bar and the food was amazing. The bartender Julianna was so much fun and quirky; she added so much to the atmosphere and the experience! Drinks were also amazing! Definitely recommend trying this place out!“

“What a delicious, pleasant surprise this little restaurant was! When I walked in I honestly didn't expect too much because it was small and completely empty, and could have been a little cleaner. However the food was outstanding, and I am VERY picky. My friend and I split a ginormous Greek salad (the stuffed grape leaves were unbelievable), and we each ordered a gyro. Mine was chicken and so good! We also ordered the side of fries, and for $4 we received a large basket of fresh, hand cut, perfectly cooked fries. I don't live anywhere New Rochelle but I'm hoping to make it back there!“

“I have been doing my self care Fridays dining using my Jetblue dining recommendations and this was the next restaurant in line. It was well worth the time and effort to go there. I had the fried calamari and the seafood rice. Both were very well done. I ordered takeout and spent the journey debating if I had a spoon or fork in my bag because the smell was so tantalizing. The portions are very large and could easily feed 3 people. The food was very good and I would definitely go back.“

“We enjoyed our dinner at Aperiti on a friday evening after work. The restaurant is small and cozy and very well suited for a cold winter night. The service staff were very young and provided attentive service. We shared appetizers including the eggplant and Pera salad both delicious! For entrees we ordered a flatbread to share the Tartufina Bianca and a pasta plate the Paccheri which is absolutely delicious. The portions are not large nor family style but for us they were just right as we weren't starving. We washed everything down with a chianti and montepulciano. The menu prices higher than what I expected almost manhattan -like it was worth our dining experience and everything we tasted was delicious. Thank you.“
