“I’ve lived near scottsville for my entire life, and we order from marks probably twice a month, and the manager always grabs my pizza as soon as he sees me enter the door, doesn’t even need my name. Tonight I pulled into my spot and was responding to a text someone had sent me before getting out to go inside, when suddenly he was at my window with my pizza. Talk about curbside delivery! Always great customer service. Even in the big evening rushes I know I’m always taken care of as a regular.“

“I ordered the Buffalo Bills pizza for the playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. First off, they contacted me when the game was rescheduled and offered accommodations so that I could get the pizza and bake it myself as they weren’t open on Monday when the game would be played. THEN called back again to let me know they were going to open on Monday after all and scheduled a time for me to pick up my pizza. Awesome customer service and only outdone by the delicious pizza!! “Amazing experience!!! Highly recommend. Went as a family on Halloween and our kids don’t eat pizza crust and they ate the pizza crust. Light airy fresh and delicious. Friendly family atmosphere!! Outside seating was great for the family on such a beautiful night ❤️ Husband is Italian and the gnocchi with homemade meatballs tastes like his Nonna and Nonno used to make!!! “I have been going to Caraglio's Pizza in Gates for many years. It was recommended to me by a pizza 'connoisseur'. I only go on Mondays or Tuesdays, the 'All Day Special'. On those days, one can get a large cheese pizza for $12.99 plus tax. Extra toppings are $2.00. Occasionally I will get chicken wings. I have Never had a bad pizza from Caraglio's. Their chicken wings are good too. I call ahead of time and pick up my pizza. Caraglio's Pizza also has an app where one can accure points after each pizza purchase. After so many points built up, a person can get free bread sticks, free mozzarella sticks, free medium cheese pizza, free boneless chicken wings, and a free one topping pizza. I have Never had a problem with the cashier, or the person on the phone taking my order. Kudos to Caraglio's Pizza!“

The bbq sauce was epic! @strangebird you need to shrink the size of the bbq spaghetti to a fries size and server them with the handhelds in place of French fries with that bbq sauce. Cuz heck yes! I asked for a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day, and not only did they deliver, they even through in a Valentine on the inside of the box! Little things like this show how much they truly care and put their heart into these amazingly delicious pizzas! Not to mention, it was delicious as always!“

“I had a review show up on my page a while ago. I followed up by following their page on FB. Today I couldn't put it off any longer "A LARGE CHEESE PIZZA FOR $12.00" are you kidding me. typically I like to add some toppings when ordering a pizza but I wanted to see what the bare bones have to say and by the way when they say large they mean it. It reminded me of the way it used to be instead of the large size other shops typically offer today which don't come close. I went to pick it up and when I entered the shop it immediately presented a very nice "Vibe". There were several pizzas ready with a variety of toppings for purchase by the slice. The room smelled amazing. The environment is welcoming and clean. I spoke with the woman at the counter who may have been the owner and I meant to ask but was engaged with other questions since it was my first visit. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was so flavorful I truly did not miss having other toppings added, although I am anxious to try them with my next order. As a result, I ate more than I should have and had to force myself to stop. Still we all know how nice it is to have some leftover for later. If you have not tried them yet, don't hesitate. I also notice so many other great items on their menu. Oh well so much for my weight goals.“

“Never any complaints about this place till yesterday. Ordered a combo Large pizza with pepperoni and 24 wings well done with mild sauce plus an additional 12 wings plain. Got the pizza right but got 24 wings country sweet and 12 wings hot. Called right away and talked to manager. He realized the mistake and said they would send out the right wings since no one wanted the wrong ones. 35-40 minutes later they brought the wings. Still wrong. 24 wings in one box and 24 in the other both boxes with sauce. So the order of plain never happened which meant the family members who wanted plain went without. Plus they weren’t well done, kind of rubbery. I didn’t bother to call again. Really disappointed. I have all these wings now that won’t get eaten. I’ll give them another chance though. Normally they’re really good about orders. We’ll see what happens.“

“We are from Baltimore and pasted through Rochester NY. We looked up places to eat and this place popped up. I order a burger and fries and my husband ordered a full rack of ribs. It was absolutely amazing. Ribs were falling off the bone. I ate my whole burger before we decided to take a photo. The lady that took our order (wish I had gotten her name) was great. I will definitely stop in again. Very warm feeling from the staff. It’s was like we have known them forever. Thank you for the hats, amazing food, and service. Amy & Dave from Baltimore. “Had an issue with the Honeoye fall Location tonight put in information they have my pizza delivered to the house, but their computer auto generated it to an old address went back-and-forth with the HFL store telling me I could have a pizza that was 40 minutes old and it was too late for them to make a new one they said my pizza was out for delivery to the wrong address that they had on file but my email says different and then I called the store 40 minutes after my pizza was out for delivery and they told me it was still sitting there. I could come pick it up. I asked them to remake it because I put my information incorrectly. They told me it was not Their problem and it falls on me and that there was nothing they were gonna do other than refund my money which they did.
I immediately called the Avon location and they went above and beyond staying open late past their time of operating hours to make me a fresh pizza as long as I could go there and pick it up. This store has earned a lot of respect from me as a customer they have on location did not have to do what they did but they went the extra mile and they made sure that I was taken care of as a customer. The food was excellent. It was fresh. It was hot, friendly conversation and stayed open past business hours just make sure customer is taken care of. I can’t say enough good things Thank you. To this location and the team members that you have there by far compared to what I’ve been dealing with an HFL, my business will only come to this store going forward“

“A "Cheers" bar exists in Rochester, and its name is "St. Paul Proper". I have never met a bar/restaurant owner more respectful of disabled persons. Dan (the owner) and Haley (Rochester's best bartender) were thoroughly thoughtful and ensured a premium experience while I was there. The atmosphere is comfortable for people from 21 to 81, and everybody gets along so well with each other. It's hard to believe a place like this exists in today's world. Come visit and I promise you will leave with a smile...“

“Late night arrival into Rochester on a Tuesday evening and I chanced upon Branca Midtown via Resy. We took a chance and I am so so glad we did. This place was divine. The host and the servers were impeccable. Sassy, funny, and attentive to a T, we were incredibly impressed and immediately relaxed with the atmosphere and the people. The ricotta appetizer was incredibly and reminded me of a favorite dish in Florence Italy, and the swordfish was perfection. Drinks were delicious, so thank you to the obviously talented bartender, as those were very much needed after our long drive. We will definitely make a point of stopping back then next time we are in town.“
