“Last night, for my birthday, we had what I have to call a perfect, and perfectly delicious meal. You can’t take a picture of an experience, but if there were a way, we would have tried. My fettuccine Bolognese was a detailed joy, yielding a world of varied delights in every bite. Even the radicchio and endive salad… one of those textured, flavorful events where you close your eyes and savor every each mouthful. I could go on and on… but I’m still busy savoring. Gorgeous setting, roomy comfort, delightful servers and employees… and the bank does not break. You’d pay 100 or 150% more in the city to even come close.“

“Been coming here for years. Actually love this diner by far. Today was the worst. I previously put in my review about today’s visit to the Americana so I won’t put it in again. I just want to clarify that I would always give this place 5 stars except for today. Had a sloppy and somewhat ride waitress that didn’t even get the whole order right and it wasn’t much that we ordered. Had to also be someone different or stingy cooking today because my BLT had more tomatoes and lettuce than it did bacon. Seriously??? TODAY I GICE A 2 STAR , and never want that sloppy somewhat rude waitress again.“

Then we talk hot dogs, and Chino knew exactly what I'd like. And let me tell you: I LOVED. The Chino dog was INCREDIBLE. Best hot dog joint hands down. Well worth the trip and will be back.“

“I had my wedding reception here on 11/22. The food was AMAZING, the loft looked gorgeous, the bar tenders and bus boys were so helpful and lovely. The bar tenders made sure my husband and I had plates of food so we remembered to eat. People kept complimenting the venue to me. Marie was amazing to deal with and I cannot think of a single thing that I would change or complain about.“

“One of the best meals and experiences anywhere. We got the tableside carbonara that prepared in front of you with a torch to melt the cheese. Each of us had different creative cocktails. The French Onion soup was delicious. My wife had the salmon and I had veal scallopini, both outstanding with good portions. The only complaint we had was the bread was hard and cold. They serve it with a spiced oil which was tasty, however, they need to upgrade that bread. Overall, it was an amazing experience, we were there to celebrate my birthday and we will definitely come back.“

“We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon and we were one of two customers in the restaurant. We waited at least 45 minutes for our meal. We didn’t complain because we were having a nice leisurely day apple picking. The food finally arrived my beans were watery as if they were cooked in water with no seasoning. OK I let it go because if the beans were the only thing wrong with the meal that’s not bad right. My husband got to the second half of his brisket sandwich and the brisket was petrified (Not my word I got it from another reviewer were but it fits perfectly). At this point we obviously mentioned some thing to our waitress. She agreed that the meat was not OK and said she would contact her manager who is not on location. She then came back and said the owner Laura who is the manager too who she called said she would give us 10% off. My husband was blown away by this response. He said it was a smack in the face which I completely agree. I then proceeded to add on all the rest of the issues we had that we did not say a word about at first. After the real issue that we wanted resolution from this is how they handled it? Are you kidding? Wait get ready for the best part. The bill came and they took 10% off of my husband‘s meal we got $1.60 off!!! Can you actually believe it? This restaurant is managed poorly and should go out of business. We spent $150 on a terrible lunch.“

I never pay cash because if I pay cash unless its exact amount I can forget about getting back any coin change. They round it off to the nearest dollar always to their benefit. Apparently the patrons there dont tip very well so they take matters in their own hands....it is called petty larceny....good food though“

They can never get an order right. This time it was a simple omelette, ham instead of bacon. no toast and my husbands meal was missing items. There is nothing worse than getting home with a takeout order and everything is wrong. Then they had the nerve to say it was our mistake and we ordered the wrong thing. Let me give you a lesson over there at the Goshen Diner. You don't argue with a customer!! You fix it. The fact that you argued with my husband when he tried to return the meal that you made a mistake on. You should be ashamed by your lack of customer service. WORST DINER IN ORANGE COUNTY“

He made eating out with my young kids (usually a stressful experience) much more enjoyable. The food and drinks were great too, of course! Will be requesting Tony as our waiter in the future.“
