“Went they’re on lunch break!!! place was very clean I think they said their name was Robert jr. and Kasandra i’m usually pretty picky but they both work together to make sure I got what I wanted they did an excellent job for sure was one of the best subway Subs I have had!!! So I want to thank them for being so patient the sub was not sloppy or a mess I have been to many subways before they did not make it feel like it was a bother for them to make my lunch ?? I will be back soon!!!!“

“Let's face it McDonald's is McDonald's. However this McDonald's must have something special that I am just not seeing their prices are 25 to 40% greater than other McDonald's that are just a few miles away. It makes no sense. Just look at the price of a double cheeseburger a medium fry and a small soda at the different locations and you will see what I'm talking about.“

“Stopped in here while heading home from a trip and we were impressed! The hot dogs were great and the prices were affordable. It was a cute little spot that gave that old diner feel. The service was very fast and efficient. Super friendly, even the cooks said goodbye on our way out! Wish this were closer to our home.“

“We love it at the Queensbury NY location especially because of Kristy behind the counter. She handles it all the walk ins, the mobile orders, the rude people, always efficiently and with a smile. She is just lovely and we look forward to seeing her when we come in. Give that girl a raise! 🎉

And seriously consider adjusting the workflow as it gets quite congested with mobile orders and dine in people seem to have to wait on those sometimes!
And bring back sweet and sour dipping sauce. Wth?!“

“We had heard the pizza was amazing, so when we finally had the chance to stop and get some we were so excited, only to end up disappointed. We ordered a white pizza. It had hardly any mozzarella on it and the cheese went no where near the crust as shown in the pictures. The crust tasted like a biscuit crust. In all honesty we ended up throwing it away. Left with the taste of extreme disappointment from our experience. To be clear, I can’t recommend this pizza at all!“

“Food is delicious and reasonably priced. We got hot dogs, a bacon cheeseburger, and the mushroom burger. I was impressed that the mushroom burger had fresh (not canned!) mushrooms on it! We loved finishing our meal with the Blended root beer float! So good! nice outdoor seating. Restrooms with outdoor access were a little dirty but fine. Not a fancy place, but it fit our needs well for a family-friendly affordable place to eat quickly!“

“At first I was very disappointed as the pizza I had ordered and brought home were not the same. It was supposed to have an alfredo base, but instead had marinera and was checked, as in, checked off by the employee. Thankfully, after I used online support, they rectified the situation for me. Once I was able to get the new pizza, it was exactly what I wanted and tasted great. Mistakes happen, but it's nice to see when they care about their customers and make it right“

“An unplanned pit stop on our way back to the City from Saranac. My party and I had fun building our sandwiches with trusted recommendations from the lovely young lady who assisted us. The space is small with limited seating and so not great for groups to eat in but a definite yes for delicious take-out sandwiches!“

“Went there tonight (9/20/25, around 5-ish) and I have to say the three young men working there were wonderful. They made what is usually a mundane task of ordering subs into a pleasant experience. We left happy and smiling, and feeling like today was a good day for subs. Thank you, gentlemen. You are greatly appreciated!“

“Jake was our server. He was also our chef. He was a one man show and did it very well. We came in fairly late (9:30 pm). Shortly after us a table of 6 came in and sat on the other side of the room. Jake handled both tables plus the kitchen with ease. He never missed a beat. The food was served hot, excellent, and on time. We never had to ask for anything. He was right there offering drink refills, boxes for leftovers, etc… and all with a smile on his face, a joke to crack and a story to tell. We were taken care of from the time we arrived until we left. He was very attentive and kind.“

“Well I ordered a sausage egg Mcmuffin and received an egg Mcmuffin brought back told them it was minus the sausage gave me a new one and had no egg brought it back and they are talking about me in front of me. Never again place is banned“
