“We visited on Saturday evening during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. From the moment we entered through the front door, we were welcomed by big smiles, big smells of delicious food, and what felt like a warm hug from a good friend. Classic and palette awakening cocktails. Try the brandade fritters and the best Caesar salad I have ever enjoyed. Sea bass was fresh out of the waters that surround the east end. The burger and the roasted chicken. For sides we ordered the onion gratin, romanesco and French fries. Surprise banana split for dessert. Delicious! See you again soon. Happy Holidays!“

“Dog friendly spot with an absolutely delicious menu. Beyond accommodating (even opening patio upon reservation request inclusive of a furry guest and our cold weather coats). Service has been terrific our handful of visits so far. We will happily be back of course!“

“What a wonderful dinner we had last night! (Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures.) The restaurant is small, but we arrived around 5:30pm on a Sunday and we were the only people in the dining room area. I recommend calling ahead, which we will do in the future.
We were a party of six. Our server was a delightful, knowledgeable gentleman who saw to all our needs.
I requested a mocktail of any kind, and the bartender made me something delicious and tangy although they do not have cocktails on the menu.
We had the fried calamari appetizer - I can't deal with tentacles, but there were plenty of rings so I got to partake. They were perfectly, lightly battered and fried.
The dishes we had were:
Baked Ziti (I think), Fettuccine Alfredo, Lasagna, Pumpkin Ravioli, and I had the Clams in White Sauce. Everyone said their meals were delicious, and my clams and fettuccine was delicious! The clams were still in the shell, and were huge and tender. The pasta and sauce was perfect. David said the pumpkin ravioli was amazing, but I did give him some of my fettuccine because he is a big eater and he didn't have quite enough. Mine was way too much so it was perfect.
For dessert we had 2 cannolli (BEST we have ever had), some kind of ice cream inside a chocolate shell, tiramisu, and a chocolate mousse cake. All were really, really good. We will definitely be eating there again when we visit our family in Springs.
The service, the amazing food, the chef coming out to visit with us - all made this a great experience!“

“This place is very warm and cozy. Loved the fireplace. Its darker inside for my liking. The food absolutely delicious with good portion sizes for the price. Unfortunately, you cannot order single slices for the pizza so I didn’t try it. The garlic knot was very different, but still good. We tried ordering dessert but were told kitchen was closed and only could get ice cream and it was still fairly early before closing time. Overall it was a good experience.“

“Had such a great night. Sat at the bar and was treated so nicely by the bartender. Great drinks - my boyfriend thought it was best Manhattan he has ever had! Food is delicious, atmosphere is great for a date night. Had the racelette, pork schnitzel and the special osso bucco. All beyond delicious!!“

“I am a Shipt shopper and travel to Riverhead once or twice a week. After a long day, I always look for something fast, delicious, and satisfying. Since I love Italian food, I googled an Italian restaurant nearby and came across Lenny Pizza & Bistro.
My first visit was on September 22, 2025, when I ordered the baked ziti, sautéed spinach, and garlic knots. This was actually my first time ever having freshly baked garlic knots—and they were incredible! That entire meal was so delicious, I knew I’d be back.
On September 29, 2025, I returned and tried the meat lasagna with the sautéed spinach and garlic knots—it was absolutely perfect. Yesterday, I found myself craving that lasagna again and just had to go back. Once more, I ordered the meat lasagna, spinach, and garlic knots, and it was every bit as amazing as the last time.
The food here is consistently fresh, flavorful, and comforting—exactly what I need after a long workday. I can honestly say Lenny Pizza & Bistro has quickly become my go-to spot in Riverhead. Highly recommend!

“Born in New York and grew up in Huntington. This is my First time at Romas and visiting mom from Virginia, my son has never been to any authentic New York pizza joints. So when we tried Roma’s, he had the Sicilian and he told the owner “it’s the best pizza he ever ate”. Coincidentally the owner knows Tony from our local pizza place in Virginia. Real glad we got up for some real New York pizza before leaving to go home in little ol’ Virginia.“

“Lovely dinner with my family last night. Waitstaff could have came around to keep drinks full and make sure our needs were met. Food was delicious but someone needs to please clean that pizza oven. Burn bottom and crust was a bummer as everything else was very nice. Photo is my take home slices. All three pies were this way. Such a shame. My family came from MA.“

“Maroni's is such a gem in the middle of Southold. The Sushi Tuesdays are INCREDIBLE and the truffle grilled cheese is to absolutely DIE for. Kristen & Amber are 2 of the best on the North Fork and if you've not had their meatball pot yet I IMPLORE you to do so. And this is coming from someone who doesnt eat meatballs outside her Nonna's kitchen.
I can not express this enough but make reservations and enjoy the fact that the place deals in cash/check/zelle only and that the prices on the menu reflect tax & tip so you can know exactly what you're spending in advance.“
