I decided to purchase four chocolate chip cookies, along with a vanilla cupcake and a carrot cupcake. The desserts were notably fresh and not excessively sweet, making them enjoyable. I would particularly recommend the chocolate chip cookies for anyone seeking a satisfying sweet treat.“

“Oh the cheesecake, bars or ice box. Pieces of heaven even though I'm lactose intolerant. All the pastries really. Their donuts, if you get there early enough to get them, are always fresh and nothing like the commercial crock. A top spot!

“Nice fresh baked bread. Italian bread, semolina bread there's a meat bread and a cheese bread. There is also chocolate chip Italian bread. Sounds weird but it's really good. I cut off pieces and put it in the microwave for 15 seconds and taste amazing. More like a dessert than for dinner.“

My husband and I's friends and families can't stop raving about how delicious our wedding cake was and how beautiful it was. The sugar flowers were such a beautiful touch!! We cannot get over it. We picked multiple flavors for our cake tiers and they were all delicious. He even set aside our anniversary tier for us to eat next year- we really appreciated that! My cakes are always from Veronica’s and so is my Rosca my whole family love them today in the 3 king day we got one earlier and they were so good that we got one one later on before they closed. “There was something wrong with my food , it was the boss guy. Tall dark hair, Indian man. He thought it was funny. I need these people charged for what they did. It was disgusting. I spent 3 dollars too much at this store. If you see this man please avoid the place it’s terrible. Other than that the people that work there are nice. “Got motha-love’n-damn this cake was every thing! I mean folks wanted it all I had to hide so I could have some for later. It was beautiful…my crazy mind of details put together on a cake for my love. It had him and his mother tearing up….that’s how beautiful it was. It captured their culture. “So cute inside and the staff is soo friendly! Came with some friends over the weekend and we had to make a return trip the next day. Cookies are about $16.50/lb, so quantity per price is very much based on what you buy. For us, prices came out to about $1/cookie/ I preferred some cookies to others, but none were bad. Faves: Elephant ear, twix pretzel, adult chocolate chip, and pb&j.“

“I have been a customer of Rispoli since the 1980's in Brooklyn on New Utrecht Ave. They have Awesome Italian Ices all Homemade. The Lemon ice made them famous for ices , there is lemon pits in the ice , that's how fresh. They now have so many flavors , all delicious! Their pastry, cookies and cakes are always great. They Make a small prosciutto bread that looks like a bagel , it is absolutely UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS. I find the location on Bay street to be on the money, they even have one of the old bakers from back in the day there.“

“Some local coffee shops are basically Starbucks with a different name. This is not. The coffee is brewed well, and the specialty espresso drinks are easily a step or two or three above any chain coffee shops. Plus, friendly service and a nice atmosphere.“
