“Highly disappointed went in with a pert of 5 to celebrate a party which was explained. While having our starters waitress informs us they if we don’t mind them adding 2 of their customers to our table so that the same chef will cook for us together.The hibachi grill part only had another party with us being the second & all other tables were empty. We told her we don’t feel comfortable with that and reminded her we are here for a party. So she comes back telling us her manager said it will have to be that way and we left. I can’t be believe that lost 5 customers over 2 and they even had the nerve to tell us to move over for them to add 2 people we didn’t know to our table. If the tables were all full we would have understood why but the whole place was empty. I would never recommend this place to anyone“

“Picked up food at Muzi for the first time and was really impressed by how fresh the sushi was and even got a kitchen app (beef negamaki) that was likewise fresh and tasty - too often sushi places that also have kitchen food have meat that isn't the freshest but that wasn't the case at Muzi. Order was ready in very reasonable time (2 sushi chefs were working), service was friendly and they even have a few comfortable booths and tables for folks that want to eat there. Highly recommend. Parking is decent in the lot at that strip mall but watch out for the potholes :-)“

“Had a really great experience at this sushi spot! The sushi and sashimi were very fresh and absolutely delicious — you can really taste the quality.

It’s a nice little café with a cozy atmosphere, and the staff is very polite and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better.

The beef bento box was very good — flavorful, well-prepared, and satisfying. The presentation was also beautiful; even the service plates were very nice and thoughtfully arranged.

Definitely a lovely place for fresh sushi and a relaxed dining experience. Would happily come back!“

“First time here and I got the chicken and beef teriyaki with the noodles and veggies. It was delicious. In general I don't care for sushi, but the teriyaki was great and I would definitely get that again. Even though I liked it that much I'll need to try some of the other dishes on the menu first to know if it deserves a higher rating. Other than that it's a clean place with a friendly staff, not too loud and plenty of seating space and parking.“

“I have become a returning customer here after moving to NC 4 years ago. The food is incredible and of excellent quality. The staff is friendly and respectful. After reading the negative reviews, I'm not sure how anyone could complain about the portion sizes - slowing down to really savor the flavor of the fish is something i'd suggest for them.“

“One of my new favorite sushi places. The lunch specials are great. The specialty rolls are always buy 2 get the 3rd free. It's small inside to sit, and parking can be a little bit of a pain, but it's worth it. Looking forward to warm weather to sit outside when I go.“

The food was impeccable... yummy, fresh and unique There were dishes I've never tried before and they did not disappoint. Salmon Sushi definitely needs more staff if this hidden gem gets discovered, it's so hard to keep a good place a secret on Staten Island. Our server was so nice but was also taking phone food orders and handing off deliveries so an item we ordered was forgotten. “For an authentic sushi experience, Nori is among the top places to go on Staten Island, in the same way that one might go to Jade Island for Chinese food.

Though the restaurant has a little bit of a takeout feel, it also has the feel of a genuine sushi place in Tokyo, where I’ve been many times. When you walk in, you will see the typical sushi bar and you’ll hear the sound of Japanese music playing lightly in the background. That is no subtle thing, because many restaurants go off key when they play music that is unrelated to the food experience. Do you want to be in the mood, don’t you?

The napkins, shown in the photos here, have been a staple for years, thick like a cloth napkin – – a subtle way to say we care about you because there certainly are cheaper alternatives.

The staff is kind and will quickly go to your table to start you up. All of the food is delivered expeditiously.

I love the Ramen and often get it. It’s super hot as it should be and perfect in the winter. One of my favorite dishes, shown here, is the grilled mahi served over soba noodles. An incredible dish, flavored with soy ginger and pineapple salsa. A must.

The fried rice is one of the best I can find anywhere. Sometimes I get it with chicken sometimes I get it vegetable style. Either the case, super hot and not heavy heavy feeling at all, as some fried rice can be, Reflected in the light color, replete with egg and everything you want in fried rice.

All of the sushi is so fresh and as you would expect it and they have a number of creative dishes there
