“Guys, I have to share my experience at Let's Roll because it was wonderful. I don't really like ice cream (i know, that's crazy right?), but my husband and my kids always go to this place so I decided to try it. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. And besides, the place is super family-friendly, with super nice people, such positive energy. I will be back soon. 5 stars for Let's Roll in Merrick!“

The ice cream is more like a soft serve when mixed with the cereal and carries a price tag of 8 bucks a head. BUT, I will say I left SATISFIED. “I walked in to this beautiful establishment and I could not figure what out what I wanted. This establishment offers so many different types of choices it’s hard to keep up with all of them. I asked one of the employees what her favorite yogurt flavor was. When asked she said that she likes all of them and would love to help me to a sample. “i have been coming to aunty for snow cones whenever i am in the area since i was young, the ice with condensed milk is absolutely delicious and everyone working there is so pleasant, overall a great experience every time i come and i recommend her to anyone in the area.“

“There is not much that differentiates one carvel from another product-wise. However, the awesome customer service and friendly staff is what makes this one shine. We have a peanut allergy in the family and have never had an issue either.They also do a phenomenal job decorating cakes. 10/10 would recommend :)“

“An absolute must try! Not your standard scoop of ice cream but a delightful mix that’s sort of part ice cream, part Italian ice, and part gelato with a huge array of homemade flavors. The prices are very good (especially for Long Island) and the product is phenomenal. Worth a trip out of your way to come here!

The ice cream is nicely done when you pair it with a water ice in one of their twisters. Super accessible with parking just outside and the fact that it’s just off the turnpike. “Once inside, I find myself tasting all the treats in this veritable abbondanza of pastries, cookies, cakes and, of course, Teresa’s special Italian Ices. I’m especially partial to the Lilly with Nuts. It a uniquely New York flavor that Teresa captures so well. Although I’m not from the neighborhood, it certainly worth the trip. During one visit, I was fortunately confronted by a warm tray of freshly baked miniature sfogliatella sitting in parchment paper. I can still relish the experience. Whether it’s ices or baked goods, one is never overwhelmed by the note of sweetness, it rather the distinct flavor of the treat that shines through. You can’t go wrong here.“

“I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. I highly recommend. You have options of toppings like cereal or chocolate chip or whipped topping etc and also for the type of syrup that you want on top .There are lots of toppings to choose from. I can’t wait to try them all?

“After ordering the stores internet went down and I didn’t have cash to pay. We tried doing an online order so I could pay for my food but that didn’t work either. I guess their internet was down. To my surprise, The worker was kind enough to give me the food without charge!! “Visited on a Saturday at noon and got a couple slices of Mango Mousse cake to go which had real mango and were light and delicious without being too sweet. You get a cute reusable tote bag with your purchase. The place is quite spacious and very clean. There are other items on the menu without mango. Can’t understand why there were no other customers during our visit. Maybe it was the time of day or perhaps they need to market the Bayside location better. I suspect that well-known French bakery on the same block was packed at that hour.“
