Monica Hickel made the booking experience easy and made sure that every request was met to ensure a perfect day for the bride to be. The room Monica put us in was well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The menu choices were outstanding and all of the food was well-prepared and delicious! In addition, the prompt and courteous service provided by the staff kept the bridal shower moving in the right direction at all times. We can’t thank them enough for all that they did to ensure a special day for the bride to be! You should definitely check out Monarch Banquets for any special occasion you might be having - we highly recommend them!!“

“Michael T’s catered our annual Xmas party at work. This is the second year they have catered the event, I have only worked there 2 years, and the food was excellent! I work overnight shift and they had an omelette bar, breakfast greens, bacon, sausage waffles and fresh fruit. Highly recommend ???“

I loved the new location and the menu had something for everyone in our party. We weren’t rushed and had time to enjoy each other’s company and were served our entrees timely. “This is our second time at Ocean Blue and both times the experience was fantastic! The food was great! The salmon with the honey roasted carrots and spinach was wonderful. The grilled focaccia was so soft and delicious. My husband loved the butter cake for dessert! The service was fantastic from the moment we walked through the door to when we left the restaurant (thanks Terrance for being a great waiter!) The wine list is pretty extensive as well. Just a wonderful experience all around.

“Good food but for some reason there credit card machine decided to charge me $40 extra and wouldn’t refund my card. Gave me the option of a gift card or come in to get the cash. We are in business and it’s very easy to refund anyone’s card not sure why the person on the phone was making a big deal about it saying it couldn’t be done. “Just a great mom and pop bar/grill in CNY. We stopped in because we were craving some wings that were talked about on Google Maps as we were driving around. According to past reviews about Tavern on the Gorge about thier wings, we gave it a shot. When we got there on our particular Monday, the owner Bill said that the kitchen was closed on Monday's. After letting Bill know that Google Map reviews brought us there for the wings, he turned on the fryer and made us some of the best damn wings in the CNY area!! Low and behold, another group of folks walked in and saw us eating wings and put in a HUGE order of wings as well. Needless to say, we had a second order of wings along with playing a few rounds of Quick Draw till our wings were ready. Overall, a nice little bar with a great owner. Thanks Bill!“

“Myself and four friends went there for Friday fish fry. The service was prompt the place was very clean. Large selection of draft beer on tap as well bottled and canned beer in the coolers. We all ordered the Utica beer breaded fish fry. Cannot be more happier with their meal the fish was huge and lightly breaded. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. Large selection of craft beers. I definitely will be back.“

“What a great visit! My daughter and I went for an early bday breakfast and the service was fantastic and so was the food!

We visited again this past Sunday and sadly, the food has plummeted in quality. Greasy, flavorless and very very disappointing. The waitress was very sweet and super understanding. Sadly, we won't be visiting for a family breakfast there again as my daughter and husband didn't feel well after the meal.“

They had a bartender come in on her day off so we had a bar available.. food was delicious.. staff was super helpful and I really just cant say enough about this place! “Love this place. I Never had a bad meal. The staff are pleasant. I go on my 30 minute lunch. I have time to eat and drive back to work. Today I had a tuna sandwich and a bowl of Homemade New England Clam Chowder. The tuna was white albacore (amazing) and the soup was delish. Prices are reasonable. I really didn't want to write this review as I am now afraid they will get busier and I will have to call my orders in but it is well deserved.“

“When clearing our plates, the server noticed I didn't eat the steak and offered me a to-go-box. I declined, so she asked me if everything was alright. I admitted that although I order that dish quite often, this time the steak tasted like it was grilled differently, almost ashy. It was gross, despite it being smothered in a cheesy sauce and shrimp. I guess she told them in back and they had her take $5 off my meal. That was nice. They appreciated me being honest.

Kid-friendliness: We have always enjoyed bringing children to Applebee's. We have never had any problems.
