“Had a great experience here. Very friendly small town feel. Prices seemed a little high for breakfast but as you can see from the pictures no one left hungry. They have breakfast or lunch all day, come in and get your burger at 7 am and they'll accommodate. Really friendly staff and delicious food. They even made enormous Mickey pancakes for the kids. “Had another fabulous dining experience at Joeys. We brought another couple to try out the restaurant. We sampled many appetizers including the oysters (MUST GET, trust me), calamari, antipasto, Italian greens, fried provolone bruschetta. The only time our table stopped chatting lol is because the appetizers were that good.Our dinners came properly after our apps. My party ordered off the main menu and the special menu entrees. Again everything delicious. Such big portions we all had to go containers.Just a great dining experience. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you.“

When they offered the crepes for delivery, I would get that too!However, I've noticed this trend where it's nearly impossible to order takeout. This has happened on multiple occasions and more often within the last few months. I find that when it is open, and I do order, the order is immediately cancelled and only then is the takeout/delivery option unavailable for the rest of the night.Again, I love the food. Eight course meal; bean soup, bruschetta and bread, antipasto salad, mussels in garlic wine sauce, greens with beans, eggplant parmesan, sausage in sauce and pasta with meatballs! All so good!! “O'Scugnizzo's offers a pizza like no other. The pizza sauce is on top of the pizza and with cheese and other toppings underneath. Some call it upside down pizza, it should just be called "Great!" There is a reason this place has been open for over 100 years and is the second oldest pizzeria in the US.The chicken riggies are also another unique Utica regional food which is a must try. Restaurant service was very good and staff was friendly. Make sure to see the photos of the original owner of the restaurant from 1914. This place a must stop if you are visiting Utica.Parking: The restaurant has it's parking lot and it looks like you can park for free on the streets near it.“

“Food was pretty good. The pizza and wings really hit the spot. Usually I like a thinner pizza, but I felt like something thicker, & from their pics the pizza looked perfect. I was right. It was exactly what I had in mind. Only complaint with the pizza is that the peppers seemed not so fresh, but that didn't really take away from the pizza at all (I will say I was suprised at how small the medium was). Even the crust was fantastic. The everything wings were pretty great as well, though the blue cheese in the sauce was practically nonexistent, which is one of my fav things about everything sauce! They followed special instructions no prob, food was out quick for being dinner time. I see lots of complaints about customer service, and I'll admit I haven't experienced any to judge one way or the other, but I can say the food was definitely up to par; and I have very high pizza standards ?“
