“This is the first time my husband and I visited this diner. The atmosphere was welcoming. The waitress was very nice and attentive to our table. The food was excellent. We had soup for starters. The white bean soup was excellent. My husband had the Turkey, with avocado, lettuce and tomato, and sweet potato fries, while I had the pastrami with Swiss cheese and curly fries. I have to say, not only am I super impressed with the amazing products and flavors you have, but EXTREMELY impressed with the sustainabilities that’s been implemented at your business. This is the very thing I’m passionate about and have been trying to suggest with local businesses near me, especially some of the cream places; let’s eliminate single-use plastic utensils that end up in the trash and either get actual compostable utensils (and compost the utensils) or encourage reusing by offering metal ones you can return and wash after eating, just like at Blue Pig. In addition to the water refill! This effort means the world me and very happy to see Blue Pig adopt this. I’m happy to support small businesses who are sustainable.
